Hotel is very nice location and can see mauntain in the room.Near location at Sun Plaza. can walk 5 minute only. Staff also helping.

Though the room was on the 2nd level, still could enjoy the scenery from the balcony. Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly. Can easily booked guided trekking to the villages. Hotel helped to book shuttle van to Lao Cai train station.

Located near to Sapa Station (~300m) The room we booked was mountain view and the view was amazing. They served plenty of breakfast choice with labels in english ☺️ No halal label mentioned but most of the dishes were vegetarian. Water pressure was good too and hot water available. Cleanliness can be improved a bit but nothing too bad! Room was spacious. We enjoyed the stay ~

Nice location only 200 meters from Sunplaza station The room is wide and bathroom is good with facilities, hot water and soap and shampoo There are a lot of restaurants and local shops around the hotel. *** early check in will be charged for 300,000 dong if you want

We had memorable stay during our visit in SAPA. The only thing that when we make the reservation, we request for the highest floor in advance. When we checked in they provided lowest floor. The view is not bad even the lowest floor. If you get high floor, you will get the fantastic view. Their services and facilities are average.

Had a great stay at the hotel, view was superb. Able to see nice view in the day through the balcony. Breakfast was quite a spread and staff was friendly👍

This hotel is worth to recommend. Staff are friendly, the room is clean with mini refrigerator, toiletries, heater and food. I love my stay in this hotel. Two nights was nice and good.

Exact to photos - Clean, tidy and spacious. Glad that I made the decision to spend 2 (very good) nights here. Bed comes with heating pad which you can turn off/on based on preference Weather is cold, hence no need for air-conditioning. They have heater in the room too. The hot water can be improved though. Long showers not recommended as hot water runs out after a while Breakfast - Good variety. Pho is good. Pork ham slices were delicious. Fried Spring rolls were good too Lobby is spacious and there is a pub beside to chill and have some drinks + pool table Close proximity to sapa city center and sapa centre (to take monorail - cable car) Got the staff to support me with transferring surcharge for halong bay to the operator. 🙏 Glad they were able to help.

Ratings were based on the standard for the area with relations to the facilities, etc. Service was great. The manager was always available and ensured your room was cleaned when you left for the day. All of the dining staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great bargain considering the price.

Generally Clean but don’t expect perfect walls or bedsheets. Towels smell nice and clean. Decent room and breakfast. View is fantastic if you choose mountain view! For the price it’s really decent. Lots of meal joints and mini mart. Walk down the slope to hit to Cat Cat Village
