Thank you for letting us early check out! This hotel was hassle free and the staff were so friendly! Every thing was clean and tidy and quiet at night time. Very central location and fast internet. Would recommend!

Hotel is fantastic and clean as well as value for money. Very near to the train station to pansipan Hill.

The Hotel location is great, near to Sunplaza & Sapa Square. The breakfast is so delicious, 😋. All the staffs there were helpful & easy to communicate. I sincerely thanks the staff named Yan. He is super helpful & nice. Valued for money to stay here. The cleaness of the room need to be improved! Thanks.

The room size is suit for 2 people. The bath room quite big. There are full facilities. Great price in middle of town. The best, I think

This is the closest hotel to sapa rail way station n church with affordable n great views. The room was warm n the floor covered with parkit, so make it even comfortable The bathroom was spacious but just a little bit old. Overall, a nice hotel to stay in Hanoi

Room is very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly. There's also coffee and food on first floor. Close to the train station and the church.

The staffs are friendly, very helpful, even though some of them speak little English, but they always try their best to help us when we need assistance. Delicious breakfast 😉

I have got free room upgrade for 2 nights...and then i extend my stay..but the room not available...so i extend by offline...still get surprised, the receptionist see we are 3 persons but the room just for 2 persons, so she give me 1 blanket n 1 pillow more for free..many thanks The room is clean and near halal resto

Stay in this hotel for 2 nites, overall acceptable. The staffs were very nice & helpful especially Ms Pay. The train station to Fanispan is nearby. The food is acceptable & reasonable. A big thank you to Ms Pay & her team during our stay there

Great hotel. Location is perfect. The staff very friendly and helpfull. You kan keep your luggage when you arrive early morning or check out. When you have to wait a bus to Hanoi at night. If you visit Sapa you should stay here. Specialy familly room have a balcony and the view.
