I had a great stay at La Casa Sa Pa Hotel, especially as a friend group traveling together. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options, which we all enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. Plus, it was just a minute's walk to Sa Pa Station, making it very convenient for our adventures. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sa Pa with friends!

They are kind and understanding enough to change my booking date for a day without extra charges. Location is near the center and can have all the restaurants and rentel services just by walking. Breakfast is also fair to have at the hotel. Totally great.

Lived in a suite. The windows are slits the size of a finger and overlook the roadway. You can hear everything like in a tent. Heating the room with an air conditioner is useless. It was +8 at night.
The bathtub drain is leaking.
The cost was $ 25 for the promotion - this is the price limit for such a room.

We choose Suite & Superior Room. These room was specious, clean, stable hot water & with complete amenities. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of delicious choices from Pho up to spaghetti.. One time we have room service and dine in, also good and big portion. Staff were friendly & attentive to our needs. Thank you LaCasa!

Every help and kindness was offered to my friend and I while staying at Lacasa Hotel, Sapa, including very early checkin and very late check out, lots of water and a voucher for a foot spa. All the staff including the dining room staff were very personable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The manager Anh was exceptional. Thank you Lacasa.

room not at all like the photos, no hot water, stains on the sheets, leaky toilet, windows that don't close so lots of noise... this hotel has only its location to envy. We decided to leave after only one night, and the staff did nothing for us except offer us another room one floor down, even though we had taken the suite on the highest floor. Avoid this hotel, which will take your money no matter your stay.

We immediately received feedback from guests at check-out and found that the hot water system was still working completely normally. Leaky toilet: we checked the guest toilet and found no leak in the room. There is a very small amount of water from the bedroom air conditioner through the pipe leading to the toilet, they only appear when the air conditioner is turned on. The bed sheet is stained : We have checked and found no stains on the bed sheet. We look forward to receiving photos of this incident. The room is not like what they offer on your booking website (different balcony, less windows...) The window and balcony of the room are exactly as the picture of the room. We dont see a difference here. During our stay, we received absolutely no requests from guests. Only until 12h00 on May 26, 2023, guests asked to check out. Our front desk department informs that customers wonder about the value-added tax and service charge at check-in, card fee (customers change the form of card payment in cash to avoid this fee). Really enjoyed our stay at La Casa Sapa from 18 - 21 Dec 22. Room was huge, about 30% larger than what we had at another hotel (and not at a higher price); bedding was clean. Heater (heater function of the Daikin aircon unit) really saved us from the ~0 deg temperatures and wind chills. Hot water was consistently available, even after midnight, and always at good temperatures. Breakfast buffet was very filling. Ambience was great: hot sweet tea available at the lobby, a warm fireplace whilst we were waiting for transport, nice decor, calming music, etc - and a convenient minimart with daily essentials, food, and clothing that opens till 10.00pm (given that the sun sets around 6.00pm, was good enough vs venturing to mom & pop convenience stores outside in the cold). I only wish the beds were softer / pillows were thicker, but given the excellent comfort and service - not to mention, especially, the friendly, ever-present help from Anh, hotel manager, who provided even more help not mentioned here! - we really appreciated our stay, and will definitely be coming back next year.

He smiled so enthusiastically when he learned the truth that he was the director of hotel operations. I really admired him. He warmly returned to the super clean room near the center of my house and had meals at the hotel through Mr. Anh's advice. Dinner and especially breakfast are very rich and delicious. Le grand avantage de l’hôtel est son emplacement à 2 pas du centre ville grouillant Très grande chambre avec du mobilier légèrement dégradé et vieillot Un peu de peinture ferait du bien, fenêtres pas très isolantes Pas d’ascenseur…. Exceptionnellement nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel, nourriture insipide , la salle du restaurant ressemblant à une cantine et personnel incompétent
