Nice mountain view from room. Housekeeping a bit slow as they clean the room close to 6pm.

Great location and mountain views

Walking distance to Sapa Town and has awesome mountain view. Enjoyed our stay!

All front reception staff were very helpful and service-oriented. Breakfast was excellent. Room was big and had a good view of the valley. Just that renovation was on-going but if you don't mind, value for money for the 4 of us.

There is only one mountain view deluxe room on one floor. It is located in the first room next to the elevator entrance. The view facing the mountain view is not good. There's construction going on nearby and it's very noisy, so it's not worth the extra charge. 

The hotel is not too far from the Sun plaza, it's enough to walk. But if walking around many times, it's still tired. lovely staff Doubt while on vacation He renovated some rooms. Waking up at 9 am is very noisy. If there is no noise, it would be better. The view is okay, just saw the view on the last day. because there is a lot of fog breakfast was good everything is suitable for the price

Environment: The decoration started at 5:30 in the morning, and I couldn't rest at all! I hope the hotel will improve on this. Is it necessary to control the decoration time period or not affect the rest during the customer's rest time. Service: The hotel introduced that there are sauna rooms and massage services, but in fact they do not. The explanation is because of the local epidemic prevention and control. Is this? ? ? Are you kidding? Service: The breakfast is really nothing to eat, not up to the three-star standard.

Very poor service attitude

We were blindsided, hotel was under renovation due to expansion of new wing. We were like almost the only guests there! Place was dusty, causing some of us rashes due to allergy and triggered asthma attack for 1 of us. Stairs leading to our hotel was littered with nails and bolts, rendering them unsafe if you are travelling with elderly or children. One of our rooms had bad sewage problem, so had to endure a terrible stench. We used a whole bottle of scented room spray for our 2 nights stay. Breakfast was ample, staff were obliging and helpful. These were the only saving grace for the hotel. 7th floor was spooky due to renovations!

Great location. Mountain view room was fantastic. The scenery is breathtaking. The breakfast was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and cafés are close by. Some general maintenance is required in the room I stayed in. Rooms on 10/11 floor are being refurbished so noisy from 7am to 10pm…

When we arrived at the hotel and in the room, everything seemed fine. But when night came, cockroaches started to appear everywhere, and there were even some in our luggage. We asked to change rooms and they quickly assigned us another one, but to our surprise, there were even more cockroaches. When we moved to a third room (on one of the upper floors), everything seemed clear, but once we were settled in, we heard rats running around in the false ceiling. Definitely a very bad experience that I will never repeat. The next day we changed hotels without any problem.

Hotel recently renovated, clean and with attention to detail! Its proximity to the center of Sapa will allow you to stroll peacefully in the evening enjoying the mild temperature of the place. Finally, the view of the surrounding mountains is enchanting 🤩
