A fecha 27/07/ 24 con reserva previa, y confirmación horas antes, me presento a las 15:30. Al hacer el checkin, me piden tarjeta de crédito a lo que contesto que no dispongo de ninguna, que nunca he tenido, e intentaré no tenerla. Ante la GRAN SORPRESA [ se ve que soy el único de este mundo que no dispone de tal artilugio], me dicen que es para la garantía de robo, o desperfecto. Me ofrezco a dar 300€ en efectivo, y al hacer el cheout pasamos cuentas. La contestación por parte del dueño (Juan), no tiene desperdicio. Donde vas sin tarjeta, estas obligado a tenerla, y sin ella, aquí no puedes quedarte. Ante tal contestación, pedí las hojas de reclamaciones, y ello, activo el lado oscuro del dueño hechandome de malas maneras del establecimiento. Le pongo 1 estrella, ya que n9 me deja ponerle un cero patatero. Eso sí... la soberbia les pasará cuentas. Eso espero y deseo.

Hotel situado en plena zona peatonal y junto a la plaza de los Fueros La habitación amplia, confortable y silenciosa. La cama es King size La limpieza y el estado de conservación del mobiliario es casi perfecto. Tiene un restaurante muy bueno

Estupendo, de 10. Estuvimos comiendo en el restaurante 7 familiares después de hacer una ruta por las Bardenas. Comimos el menú del día, 26 € y todoooos, toooodos los platos fueron muy buenos. El año que viene repetiremos seguro. Los camareros muy atentos y amables

Hôtel qui a récemment rénové ses chambres qui sont suffisamment grande pour 2 personnes.
Seul point négatif pour ma part c'est l'isolation phonique de l'extérieur qui n'est pas suffisante, on entends toute la rue mais cela se calme dans la nuit.

La habitacion aun siendo moderna necesita mantenimiento, luces fundidas, grifos en mal estado...
La suciedad tambien es notable, pelos en sabanas y suciedad en elementos comunes.
La cama es muy comoda, la habitacion es espaciosa y la ubicacion es muy buena.

Fuimos con una excursión y nos quedamos en este hotel. El hotel estupendo, en la plaza de Tudela, que es preciosa,. la atención del personal no pudo ser mejor y el restaurante todo lo que nos ofreció muy bueno. Repetiremos sin duda. Un 10.

Great location on the Plaza Fueros, nice staff, but rooms have no charm, sterile plain white walls, no pictures, just one mirror. Clean but remind me of a hospital room. Lovely buffet breakfast. Parking is very hard and pay extra. Las habitaciones similar a un hospital, blanco blanco blanco, ni una decoracion.
