This was a real find on Trip.com! It was a really discreet place, maybe a bit away from the center of the city but nestled in a rather homey part of Tuguegarao. As a traveler, I kinda like the vibe of peace, just after a long trip. The hotel has all the right amenities. It was agreat stay.

The room is relatively ordinary, but it's okay for business trips. I stayed for 3 days, the price is acceptable, it would be better if there are windows, some have windows, but not many have windows.

The place is accessible  got the room for only 1k for 2 people which is great. The whole place is clean and well-maintained. My only concern is the lack of vanity kits And drinking water and the noise outside the building (cars, people in street can be heard in the room) but overall a very good place to stay within the city.

No air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, no hot water. It is difficult to fall asleep without air conditioning in this city. The owner looks a bit fierce and is not recommended to stay. Add some money to live in an air-conditioned hotel and sleep quality will be good.
