L’un des Check-in les plus longs de ma vie: le personnel à la refeption n’était pas très formé je pense ou bien ils étaient trop jeunes. Heureusement que le manager, très professionnel, intervenait par moment pour que ça aille plus vite. Je comprends qu’il y ai un esprit “yoga” et “méditation” mais il s’agit quand même d’un hôtel, il faut être réactif et efficace. Toutefois, GIRARDO le majordome était incroyable ! Gentillesse, réactivité, professionnalisme, il avait une solution pour tout ! L’hôtel est très original, ça change du reste des hôtels de la région. La meilleure partie n’est pas le cenote (trop sal selon mon avis) mais plutôt les chambres perchées dans les arbres. L’esprit eco friendly est très intéressant et très bien suivi. Le petit dej est très bon mais pas très rassasiant. Je conseille cet hôtel pour un court séjour.

The staff provided excellent service especially Gerardo. The place is beautiful with its own cenote which was a unique experience with breathtaking views. The food was so delicious at Atta that I wish the chef would give me the recipe. Shibari is located in the main location for Tulum where everything is walking distance to mini market, pharmacies, restaurants, beach clubs and night life. You will definitely feel safe as there is a police station located right next door.

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme 5 días en este hotel y concluyo que es lugar realmente espectacular! El cenote llamado Tuuch que funge como el corazón del hotel es sagrado y místico 🙏 sus aguas cristalinas lo hacen ver hermoso! 🤩 El servicio de las personas que trabajan ahí es admirable. Agradezco especialmente a Leonardo y a Gustavo que nos atendieron durante nuestra estancia en el cenote, la alberca y el Jacuzzi; siempre atentos y serviciales!

O local é maravilhoso, mas o serviço é impressionante, perfeito , especialmente o Fernando e o Han do bar, todos os ambientes são pensados e perfeitos , o único problema é a música alta dos bares ao redor que tentam cada um ter música mais alta que o bar ao lado , atrapalhando o conforto

Très bel hôtel à recommander. Chambre spacieuse, belle et très bien agencée . Cet hôtel est neuf . Pdj à la carte fantastique . Hotel n est pas du tout isolé , il est sur avenue avec plein de restaurants, certains très sympas et d autres bien trop chers . Mais le coin est assez hippie chic . On y a passé deux superbes nuits . Rien à redire sur l’hôtel , sa construction , ses jardins. Seul hic , le cenote n était pas limpide , il était sombre et interdit à la baignade . Ils nous ont expliqué que cela était dû à de la pluie . Le cenote est revenu à la normale en 48h mais nous partions . Pas e chance mais on y reviendra ! Très belle expérience .

Wir waren auf Durchreise und für 2 Nächte im Shibari. Das Hotel hatte zu diesem Zeitpunkt erst seit zwei Tagen geöffnet. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dschungelblick. Einfach fantastisch! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Der Service war super! Ein grosses Dankeschön an Ali der uns die zwei Tage super Bertreut hat. Das Highlight ist mit Abstand der Außenbereich mit der "Cenote". Wirklich traumhaft! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und werden sicherlich wieder kommen!

El DJ es súper bueno , toda la música que ponía era increíble .Me encantó el ambiente, es muy chill , Jorge nos atendió muy bien, aparte de ser muy amable!!!! Súper recomendado. Definitivamente volveré con mi familia o amigos. La comida también estuvo muy bien

Desde el inicio nos recibieron de la mejor manera, el servicio sin duda es una de las razones por las que volveré, desde la hostess quien nos recibió e incluso Jorge nuestro mesero que Wow! Siempre al pendiente y amable, en ningún momento se olvidó de nuestra mesa. puedes darte cuenta que el servicio aquí es de ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sobre el cenote solo quiero decir lo hermoso que es, incluso tan limpio, y 100% natural.
