This resort is 1hr 20min from the Tulúm airport. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The hotel has many restaurants, pools, entertainment/shows, spa, and beach access. Restaurants: •Buffet restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good. There are some items that are hit or miss but overall delicious. •Snack Bars were delicious with various dishes. My ultimate favorite was the burgers and potato wedges. •Coffee shop was a dream! I went daily for my amaretto coffee! Chefs kiss! • Specialty restaurants disappointed me. I only tried the Peruvian and it got us sick. They need to do their research on Peruvian cuisine bc it was pretty bad. The meat was just fat and the ceviche had no flavor. Due to our experience we opted out of the other 5 restaurants. Pools: •There are about 3-4 large pools and a lazy river. All of them were relaxing and enough sun beds. The pools were clean, well kept, and spacious. Entertainment/Shows: •There was something going on everyday of our stay which we loved. All entertainment started at 9pm. We got to see a Michael Jackson show, international show, but our favorite was the silent disco. They had us wear headphones and listen to 3 Djs playing at the same time! It was so much fun! Spa: •The spa is a must! It’s so relaxing! We did about 4 hours because we got a full body massage, scrub, and facial. We also did the therapeutic pools and they were so relaxing! I wish I could have gone everyday. We paid $169 USD per person. Beach: •The beach access was beautiful! The water very clear and inviting. One thing I loved about the resort is that they kept the beach without seaweed. Every morning they cleaned it out. Staff: •staff was very nice and attentive. We only had one issue with one bartender twice but we contacted the hotel about it. There was no need to be rude and you can tell he hates working there. Those incidents didn’t mess up our vacation because the other staff made us feel great.
