This resort is breathtaking, right on the beach. We were welcomed by friendly staff and fresh juice at check in. The staff was incredible and helped with anything and everything (they even helped decorate a friend's room with decor we brought). The rooms were amazing with windows that completely open and you might as well be sitting at the beach. The underground pool was the the coolest thing. We loved every bit of our stay.

Additional person charges are constantly evolving. Overpriced restaurant and bar. NY prices in Tulum without the premium service.

Had been wanting to stay here for quite a while and it did not disappoint. From arrival and the greeting drink from the concierge, to beach service, all service and hospitality was excellent. We had a beachfront upstairs suite with a beautiful view and balcony. The rooms are large and clean. The restaurants and food options are "ok", I'd recommend exploring options down the road if you're particular about your food or want something nicer, but no complaints either - just nothing that will wow you food wise. Breakfast was the stand-out, if that tells you anything. Highly recommend spoiling yourself at the spa, the massages and hydrotherapy are excellent as well. I mentioned it above, but it bears repeating that the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It has been quite some time since I've stayed anywhere that staff members remember your name from day today. We even learnt a little mayan (shout out to Clementine). We will definitely return and highly recommend a stay here. "Yuum bo’otik", Casa Malca.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are incredibly spacious and super comfortable. The decoration of the hotel is amazing and the best service since you arrive. A bit pricey for the food and beverages but in general Tulum is expensive. The hotel is the best, had an amazing stay.

Ame todo desde el ingreso, todas sus obras de arte, los tragos, la atención de los camareros, el BEACH Club para pasar el día, impecable la comida exquisita y la alberca subterránea una experiencia aparte. Su alberca negra con la obra de arte, ufff que decir. Maravillada

I love that staff anticipated my needs, texted me every morning to help me plan my day if I didn’t already have plans. I love the 24 hour security on property as well.
