We loved our Christmas stay at Ana y Jose. The entire staff was wonderful and so kind and really took our stay to the next level (especially Gaspar and Melissa!). The beach is stunning, it’s very wide and there are plenty of chairs in the sun but with shade available. We loved the Mariachi band on Christmas Day. My friend got a massage and said it was incredible! The food was good and we ate all of our meals at the hotel. Our garden view room was great and was so close to the pool and the beach. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful venue, good food friendly service - quiet family friendly. Margaritas were good, and price was reasonable. Casual. We would definitely go back. Barbara was nice. English and Spanish speaking. Recommended by our travel guide.

Tulum salad was the best! lobster pizza was also super yummy. Food overall delicious! Beautiful ambiance. Thanks Galindo for the awesome service!!! Entire wait staff super helpful, warm and welcoming! Will definitely stop here again during my next trip to Tulum.

La atención de los chicos en el restaurante es asombrosa María y William. Nos atendieron increíble y todo estuvo muy rico, los alimentos muy bien logrados, toda fue una bella experiencia con tan buena vista, ahora sin sargazo en la playa, !seguro regresamos!

Must say … what a great place to stay. We were looking for a hotel at the beach which was not “that noisy” and we found heaven on earth at Ana y José. Super friendly staff (ALL OF THEM), good food and drinks. The nights were quiet and no beach club music bothering us. Breakfast at the beach was every morning an unforgettable start of the day! We highly recommend this hotel !

We are here on an anniversary vacation and it’s perfect. Gaspar, Mario and the waiters at the beach club and restaurant are great. The food is excellent- fresh and high quality. The margaritas are fresh and delicious- add some fruit. Highly recommend!

Mario nos atendió como si estuviéramos en casa desde el primer momento. Ayudaron a mi hermana que es de la tercera edad a llegar a la playa y a moverse dentro de todo el complejo. We spent a birthday lunch here. Awesome service by William our waiter. Thank you so much for making it so special. Pizza was great. Club sandwich too. And the birthday cake was the cherry on top. So grateful to Ana y Jose. Can’t wait to return next year.
