Alojamiento cómodo y céntrico. Ambiente relajado, excelente restaurante de mariscos. Habitaciones acogedoras, alberca limpia y staff amable. Amenidades de primer nivel, camas cómodas. Excelente opción para hospedarse si planeas salir a conocer los atractivos del destino. Atte. Dmitri López

The photos on various sites are extremely misleading! I arrived today and am appalled by the state of this hotel (incl. swimming pool). There seems to be no maintenance so everything looks (and is) impoverished. The promised bicycles are also not in stock. All in all the most disappointing destination ever (and I travel often). Book something else! You will thank me

La struttura dispone solo di 19 camere e si trova a 500mt dalla via principale di Tulum. Molto accogliente in stile boutique Hotel ,la camere sono in un blocco separato dalla reception, immerse in un piccolo ma grazioso giardino con una bella piscina. La camera molto ampia con balcone,letti singoli king size molto comodi . Bagno con doccia a muro ,a disposizione dispenser di bagno doccia e shampoo. A disposizione cassaforte, frigo bar (vuoto) 2 grandi bottiglie d'acqua che si possono richiedere tutti i giorni. Bollitore d'acqua e anche un bollitore caffè. Tazze ,cucchiaini (non c'è in camera il caffè o the ma si possono tranquillamente comprare nel grande supermercato posto di fronte alla struttura. Camera e luoghi comuni molto accoglienti e puliti. Personale gentile e cordiale. Unico neo la mancanza di poter fare la colazione in struttura . In ogni caso proprio accanto c'è un cafe'bar o altri ristoranti che offrono la possibilità di fare breakfast senza problemi. Annesso alla reception un buon ristorante che si chiama El Capitan ,offre un variegato menù di piatti Messicani ma anche Internazionali. Molto buono e abbondante. At the reception the young personelle was treating everyone so well. Also, we asked for a room with a pool view and they offered it. If you need a hairdryer or iron you'll have to ask for them in the reception and return them once you are done using them. The pool is nice, however umbrellas are missing. The only unpleasant thing was that we were trying to check out one night before and we were not given any money back, however this did not affect our oppinion on the property.
