Bad experience, all they do is rip you off charging double for everything and constantly asking for tips. Yuck! No wonder people call them dirty Mexicans! Order cans for us and they charge us double then when I ask for help they don’t help and say that’s what he is charging when I was given a price at check out! Don’t stay here it’s not worth the money you can’t get anywhere so to eat you have to spend $100 us to get anywhere for food but then if you want to eat in the hotel it’s like your paying $1000 for a decent dinner I can not justify! What a bad hotel experience

Incredible place, sophisticated architecture and exceptional service! We went with God's children and had a very pleasant time, they loved it! The only downside is the extra costs for food and drinks, which are quite high!

Beautiful hotel. About 50 mins ride from new Tulum airport. About 300-400 round trip shuttle ride so def budget for that! Aug is super low season felt like we had the place to ourselves. Great food and drinks. Great service overall. Price for food reasonable, about 50-100 pp for high quality dinner spending how many cocktails u order. Used Amex Fhr which was recognized with a view upgrade. Family friendly place. The beach was beautiful. No seaweed at all.

Beautiful hotel, amazing beach and gorgeous beach. Restaurants are good but do amazingly overpriced. It’s really ridiculous to have to pay these prices even if it’s a luxury hotel. I felt sorry for the kids in the kids club as it’s in a dark basement room although well decorated why not give them an outdoor space to play. No nightlife what so ever, it’s great for romantic very slow quiet getaway. But with such a large hotel I wish they would designate an area for more fun music. We tried to go to the hilton next door for a disco party one of the staff recommended and they tried to charge us $200 per person for the party !!!

Reservamos la habitación Tropical View with King Bed, reducido el espacio, sin privacidad, la puerta de la regadera es de policarbonato y hay una ventana grande que da al balcón desde la regadera. Solo un bote de basura para toda la habitación. Hubo un ruido constante como de construcción durante nuestra estancia. La comida nada sobre saliente. Los alrededores descuidados, habia mal olor. Buena atención del personal. Hay un cargo del 15% en todos los consumos (no es propina)

Wonderful place, the views are amazing. Food was great except for the Mediterranean place. Good for a quiet relaxing vacation and not crowded.Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms are specious. Only problem is,if you don’t have a car, taxis are expensive.
