Very old rooms and terrible mattress

As for the staff, they are very attentive and friendly. The only drawback I would say is that they didn't run out of water when we were bathing and there was no hot water (maybe we had to go and tell them to turn on the tap). In general it is a good hotel.

Just returned from a lovely weekend at Pacha Tulum. I want to express my joy and satisfaction for this unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt a welcoming and refined atmosphere that made my stay truly unique. For the price we paid it's really a fantastic thing. The hotel garden is a real gem. Surrounded by an explosion of colors and scents, the garden offers a quiet and serene space, perfect for relaxing and regenerating. At times you could hear some noises from the street. The care with which it is maintained is evident even if it is not a new structure. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel staff deserves praise. Always smiling, attentive to every detail and ready to go beyond expectations to ensure impeccable service. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff contributed significantly to making my stay memorable. They were able to create a warm, homely atmosphere that really made me feel at home. The intimate atmosphere of the hotel, reminiscent of a boutique hotel, is another strong point. The small size contributes to a more personal and authentic experience. I appreciated the care that went into every detail, the delicate lighting that left you deeply relaxed. This made my stay very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff
