There were bed bugs and I was bitten by many things. They still hadn't healed after a week. The front desk just said "Sorry" when they saw it. Ctrip refunded the room fee and I didn't want to pursue medical expenses. Everyone, beware of this place!

The hotel is tired, in a room for three, everything (towels, mugs, shampoo, etc.) was in 2 copies. Had to ask to bring 1 more set. The location is not far from the main street, there are many places to eat nearby.

Continued to live. If you don't have a lot of money for travel/business trip, this hotel has good value for money. Definitely not a place for tour groups. It's very close to the train station, about a five-minute walk. It is very convenient for a day trip to Sousse and El Jem. To go to Sidi bou Said and Carthage, you need to take a bus to Tunis Marine, which may take 15 minutes on foot.

The location is a little hard to find, but it's good. Breakfast is always the same. Staff are friendly and staff are affiliated.

This hotel was a positive surprise. I had booked it mainly for its central location and didn't expect much. However, the staff were amazing, really lovely, all of them, even the security guy. My room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom, too. The breakfast buffet was big and offered a lot of choice. The only thing that was missing was a view, but what can you expect in the center of town?

Oussama at the reception is a world class receptionist, very genuine and attentive. Thank you Oussama for all the help if I come back someday it's because of your hospitality. Hotel is well located and comparing to the price it is a good hotel if you want to be near Hbib Bourgiba St

The staff were so friendly, kind and welcoming. They could also speak multiple languages! They had a security guard which made me feel safe as a solo traveller and the wifi worked great in both the bedrooms and downstairs. The only thing I disliked was that there were no internal locks in the bedroom.

My flight with Tunisair got cancelled yesterday so I spent last night at Hotel el Oumara on behalf of Tunisair. It was a nice stay. The room was very clean, apparently this hotel just got renovated. The location is Downtown very close to the main station and just a few blocks away from the main avenue in Tunis. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner was good, breakfast was excellent. Just be careful with the Taxi Drivers.

Hotel very well located, Hotel in the city center with a warm welcome and high-end rooms, clean and quiet, friendly staff, reasonable price and I recommend it. Renovated hotel and very well located. Warm staff. WIFI is available with a good connection. Very clean comfortable room with very good air conditioning. Tasty breakfast.
