The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water.

The room was nice and the location was convenient.

Excellent location and cleanliness

We checked in very late in the middle of the night and yet we're greeted with most friendly helpful staff ever. This continued throughout our stay. Great location close to the very centre of town & clean comfortable room

The hotel was good enough. But at the nearby restaurant "Le Carthage", they tried to overcharge me by 3 times.

Overall was okay for 2 nights max, you get what you pay for. Budget hotel. Not a wide range of food. Limited drinks. Breakfast server always on the phone on loud, all you hear is notifications and typing. Location is good, close to medina, markets etc. One of the reception guys said we stole a towel LOL & made us open our suitcases and bags in front of everyone at reception. Absolutely disgusting. But anyway we let it go once proven them wrong. Overall hotel is not something for long stay. Reception staff are nice.

Friendly hotel in a handy location and at a decent price and with a decent breakfast. The room was well equipped and comfortable, and the bathroom was compact but mostly functional and clean. The only gripe was that the shower head wasn’t well fixed so that it moved backwards when water was on and sprayed it all over the room. Overall though, a pretty satisfactory stay.

the location is great, but the room is a small and they have only one electric socket so it's difficult to charge many things , the stuff are very nice and helpful.

Dated room next to a busy road with no double glazing. Staff indifferent with bizarre system where you need to leave key in hotel. Electrics we’re faulty and no water in room.

this is the best hotel in tunis centre and it should be 4 to 5star rating the staff are superb except security guard the way they look to you like you not welcome they never reply when I say to them good morning. but the rest are the top. my most of the hotel I go either 4 or 5 star but this hotel is excellent for me definitely comeback.

Hotel is located right at the heart of Tunis city centre that makes accessibility to main attractions such as old Madina very easy. I visited in April which is a warm month of the year. Temperature was between 25 c to 31 c. However there was no air conditioning available. When asked, I was told that it could not be turned on until its really hot which I found rather odd. Nevertheless, helpful and polite staff more than made up for it. For the compatible price I paid and it‘a location, I would highly recommend this place.

The facility was more modern that some of the hotels in Tunis and was an excellent value. It was very clean and the reception desk guys were great and very helpful with advice. The location was excellent--within a short walk of the medina and the train train station. Bed was comfortable and had a nice comforter. Overall it was a great choice. My minor concerns: No English channels such as CNN. No after-shower lotions. Heat was weak (March). I would stay there again.
