Relaxing stay
Beautiful location with breathtaking view of the Andes. Restaurant and bar had a wonderful selection for all tastes and best of all was the staff and service. A very generous breakfast was included and all fresh.

Estuvimos de Luna de miel y fue una experiencia bellísima. El paisaje lo es todo, el lodge es de primer nivel... la tina del exterior a la noche es un viaje de ida. Fuimos muy bien atendidos sinceramente. El desayuno super rico, nutritivo, variado y abundante... funciona hasta para brunch. Los platos de restaurante exquisitos, lo recomendamos para cena tipo gourmet. La cata de vinos en la cava fue muy amena también y entretenida. Octavio nos atendió de lujo, gracias!!! Pd: las empanadas de carne son un diez.

Excelente custo x benefício
O hotel e novo, bem localizado. No começo o atendimento foi meio desorganizado, mas as pessoas são cordiais.
O café da manhã e o básico e a mesma coisa todos os dias
O quarto e confortável, chuveiro bom, roupas de cama e banho excelentes, só tinha alguns móveis empoeirados: as janelas etc
Mas no geral foi uma excelente estadia.

Hotel deficiente em atendimento, pouco solicitos.
O hotel é o típico ok.
Se busca qualidade no atendimento, esquece, esse não é o hotel. Nosso quarto tinha que subir escadas e nenhum funcionário se prestou em ajudar com as malas. Café da manhã é servido a la carte, portanto tenha paciência em receber seu café, frutas etc... são poucos funcionários para atender a todos o que prejudica bastante. Também achei o café da manhã bem deficitário (sem opções de frutas), é pão, 1 iogurte caseiro e ovos, nada mais. Meu quarto o banheiro estava com um cheiro forte de esgoto (reclamamos, mas sem sucesso). Outro detalhe, atente-se ao quarto que for reservar, os quartos da sede não possuem televisão. É isso. Um hotel apenas para dormir, se estiver buscando atendimento, staff, não recomendo.
