Perfect stay, huge thanks to Sebastian the manager for sorting out a wine pairing dinner for us!! We would definitely come back. Super service, lots of attention to detail and a superb menu at the restaurant! Couldn’t ask for anything else.

The Vines blew us away!! The grounds are gorgeous and the villa was amazing. The staff were on top of every detail. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool (just wish it was heated) with the view of the Andes. We also loved the multiple restaurant options on the grounds. Rope was phenomenal!

We loved this hotel!! We were looking for a relaxing and luxury experience and they provided. Not only was the hotel beautiful, with views of The Andes and vineyards, but the service was really great. They coordinated our wine tours, and were really accommodating to my food allergies at the restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Staying at the Vines is a true retreat, with the stunning backdrop of the Andes matched only by the beauty of the design of the property and rooms. I stayed in one of the two bedroom villas and felt right at home, the room was so comfortable I never wanted to leave! The staff were by far some of the most warm and helpful I have ever encountered, going above and beyond to assist with my every need. I look forward to returning!

Fantástico hotel con increíbles vistas de los viñedos y la cordillera. Excelente gastronomía. Servicio muy amable. Una paz increíble. Posibilidad de pasarse toda la estadía disfrutando el hotel o usarlo de base para explorar el Valle de Uco.

Sempre fui fã ardoroso da culinária do Francis Mallmann. Levei um grupo de amigos para a experiência gastronômica exclusiva no The Vines. Péssimo! Um descaso total. Muito frio, não estavam preparados para o frio!! Comida absolutamente terrível: peixe insosso, carne dura, vegetais horríveis, sobremesa medíocre. Só se salvaram as empanadas e, a pedido, o crepe de doce de leite, que não estava no cardápio original. Nos outros dias, a comida normal no restaurante estava muito melhor do que a experiência Mallmann. E os almoços nas vinícolas nos arredores, bem melhores. Em resumo: durma no The Vines, mas não coma lá!

Espléndido hotel, impecable estadía. El personal es excepcional, siempre dispuesto a colaborar y sumar valor a tu viaje. Destacable la gastronomía de Francis Mallmann, todo absolutamente exquisito. Las degustaciones y el sommelier también maravillosos. Todo absolutamente recomendable.
