The only complaint is the room lamp was nonfunctional. Clean and modern and only two years in operation. Texas Roadhouse, Shake and Steak, and Outback are within easy walking distance. Ice machines are on decks 1&3 but ice buckets are only on the 1st floor. There are no ice buckets in your room. Complimentary breakfast of cheese omelettes, grits, sausage, cereals, breads, and the usual beverages. Quiet hotel with a helpful staff. We will return.

My family was on our way home from a beach trip and looking for a clean place to lay our heads down without breaking the bank! This is your place. They have a waffle maker at breakfast- so my kids were happy!

Property has been upgraded better linen the bed is certainly comfortable the particular room I was in had a freezer in the refrigerator. The fly in the ointment is that the in room coffee pot was missing the coffee ground tray and the front desk person was not sufficiently well trained to solve the problem. She looked around for two or three minutes and said she couldn't find the parts but she did not have the initiative to go to another room and switch out the coffee pot, for a substitute coffee pot that had all of its pieces. I don't know if this is for training, poor initiative, or the reflection of young people in America today. Full, hot breakfast was the typical choice hotel breakfast

The hotel seems new! The lobby is fresh and the atrium is inviting. Easy checkin and Katie was very friendly and helpful. The rooms surround the atrium which includes the bar. We could hear the noise from the bar in the room. Our room was on the front side of the hotel and we could hear road traffic even though it wasn't a highway. Also the walls were a bit thin and we could hear noise from the room next door. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Review of Hilton Garden Inn: Room 335 - June 17-20 Stay Terrible Place to Stay! I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn from June 17th to June 20th, and it was a major disappointment. I was in room 335, and it was far below the standard I expect from a Hilton property. Honestly, I've stayed at budget hotels that were in better condition. Here’s a rundown of the issues I faced: Bathroom Problems: The towel holders were missing, leaving just the brackets on the wall. Not only did this look bad, but it was also highly inconvenient. Lighting Issues: Several lights were not working, and one lamp was missing a bulb altogether, which made the room feel dark and unwelcoming. Poor Maintenance: The wallpaper was peeling off, and the air conditioning unit seemed to have been installed with a sledgehammer and axe. It didn't fit properly and barely worked. Terrible Bed: The bed was awful. The mattress was smaller than the king-size frame, creating an uncomfortable sleep experience. Subpar Shower: The shower was a letdown. The water pressure was low, and the hot water was lukewarm at best, making showers unpleasant. Hygiene Nightmare: To top it all off, I saw a bug, which looked like a roach, crawl across the floor when I turned on one of the working lights in the morning. Absolutely disgusting! This stay has seriously made me reconsider ever staying at a Hilton Garden Inn again. The room was so bad that I couldn’t wait to leave. I strongly suggest that anyone thinking of staying here look for another hotel until they make some serious improvements. This place is a disgrace and should be closed until they can bring it up to a standard worthy of the Hilton name. Avoid this place at all costs!

Beautiful environment, good restaurant

So this is a mixed bag of a hotel experience. Upon first arrival the room keys would not work. This was a common occurrence for the next couple of hours until they finally started working again. We found out later that some doors just don’t work right. The room was pretty clean minus rust in the bathroom. The beds were average and the tv just did work as the Directv couldn’t keep the feed longer than half an hour. The pool felt great but they had a light that suddenly strobes in it and my wife is a sufferer of grand mal seizures and when asked about turning it off the front desk just said that they had to ask maintenance. Understandable that the front desk didn’t know how to and that was ok. The free “full breakfast” had only decaf coffee and no pancakes (broken machine). There were bad parts but also good parts of our one night stay though. The female front desk worker gave us plates and silverware when we needed them and was very nice. One huge negative is that the entire third floor smelled strongly of *********. It was so strong on our checkout day that we left early. Not a good look. Other than that it was just ok.

We stayed overnight while passing through on our way home from vacation. We had a great experience. The gentleman who checked us in was courteous and helpful, as was the lady who checked us out and the gentleman who was taking care of the breakfast bar. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here next time we are passing through.
