Nem sei por onde começo , a vista das fotos é totalmente diferente do anúncio. Um hotel construído aos pés da cordilheira que tampa as vistas das montanhas é no mínimo deprimente . Se cobram por tudo , até pelas bicicletas que é algo básico nos hotéis da região, nós hospedamos no Gaia Lodge que é um hotel próximo e deixamos uma diária à mais para irmos ao Albergue pela indicação em vários sites inclusive no Ricardo Freire , acho que o dono mudou ou caíram muito o padrão . Não é um 5 estrelas nem de longe . Que decepção. Não venham , de verdade não vale nada a pena. Atendimento pessimo , reservamos um quarto triplo e nosso filho de 11 anos teve que ficar no sofá , o quarto na verdade não é triplo , quartos velhos , acesso difícil , comida fraca , o checkin é as 15:00 hs e não tem mais comida .

Muy buen hotel . Excelente relación calidad precio. Para ser ideal le falta un spa y una piscina de agua caliente . Pero excelente para descansar y relajarse y cerca de todas las bodegas. Tiene en la zona del golf un restaurant llamado Ruda que es súper top

We spend a relax and pleasant week end. The staff well trainer everybody so nice. All those associates made our stay unforgettable; Restaurant: Ana Lia( Breakfast) so attentive, Daniel, Santiago and the Chef doing fantastic job; Front Desk: Florencia ,she's awesome, Dulce , all the Ladies are Great and the Supervisor too

Experiência maravilhosa! Atendimento é hotel perfeito demais! Vista incrível! Parece que estamos dentro de um filme! Quartos quentinhos, rouparia perfeita, atendimento impecável a! Recomendamos muito! Andar pelos vinhedos e ver as montanhas com neve, é incrível!!!

Hotel limpo, com bons profissionais, bom restaurante, mas com café da manhã com pouca variedade (mas muitos doces, para quem gosta). Piscina com água aquecida (a 17º!!) que não vi ser usada durante minha estada (5 dias), o que é um ponto negativo num hotel que se diz “spa”.

Exelente Hotel, limpieza perfecta, el personal super cordial, el desayuno con exquisiteces todo super delicado, las comidas super ricas, todo con un detalle, divino el hotel, el lobby la sala de estar super lindo, la pileta preciosa, la terraza unica los mejores amaneceres y atardeceres. Volveria sin dudarlo, super bien ubicado en Tupungato, cerca de los grandes viñedos. Tengo ganas de ir invierno, debe ser hermoso, con el hogar super grande q tienen. Destaco la presencia y cordialidad de la Gerente. Me encanto, super recomendable.

When you arrive at the hotel you are greeted by the girls at the reception with excellent service, all of them very sweet and attentive, the rooms are very complete, tidy and with an incredible view of the mountains, the restaurant has excellent and delicious drinks.

The rooms are large, spacious and very comfortable. The landscape seen from the hotel is incredible. We were surprised by the gastronomy it has. Breakfast and dinner a 10. Very delicious and good prices. Very good service and all the people are very kind. Dulce has given us very good information and helped us with some reservations. We recommend the hotel 100% The only thing that could improve are the pillows.
