酒店前台服務態度非常之差，住酒店前台通知錯了導致我的房門被陌生人打開，早上九點多給前台打電話問怎麼回來，前台説瞭解一下到中午12點多也沒有結果，在給打電話還是連處理結果都沒有甚至她們酒店的經理都不知道這個事情，是我投訴之後經理吃了解這個事情的，跟前台打電話的時候前台的態度也極其的不好，打完12315之後經理給我打來了致歉電話並説了怎麼處理這件事情，給我退兩晚房費，前天晚上我就問了怎麼退，經理説今天退，今天問什麼時候給退又説要明天給退，她下午有事出門，但是既然你承諾了我，為什麼上午不把流程走完，難道現在經理也這麼沒有誠信嗎，如果説當時那個男保潔沒有看到腳丫子直接進到屋子裡麪怎麼辦，是不是我就得讓他看個精光嗎，酒店前台不負責，經理承諾的事情也不兑現，這個酒店下次不會再來

房間衞生間條件不好，淋雨頭沒有按上，告訴前台給安上，晚上回來還是沒有，自己安完一開，結果一身水，最後結果還沒有熱水不能洗澡
