The hotel location is far away from every thing marina new and old You need every time to go the taxi approximately 600 tl goning and 600 tl coming The customer service in this hotel needs to be improved not as standard of the name swisotel Im a continuous gust in ist swesotel i never felt this before the staff was dealing with us as we are nothing The breakfast was horrible i had an stomach pain from first time i never went back all my stay because of bad service from blond staff i think she was the breakfast area manager when she see that im arab lady she was talking to im nothing I forgot my buff in a taxi since 11 pm they told me the will check cameras however i inform them while the taxi on the gate but the didn’t do anything next morning i called the reception to aak about it they informed me that the didn’t find insest to try again then they called me that the found it but the taxi will bring it he needs 600tl to bring the receiption staff and his front office manager was very angry and shouting at me even im a lady Both this incident I discussed with 2 front managers non of them do any thing i was feeling unsecured there really the hotel not suitable for goulf countries nationalities an email was send to trip.com but no action

My honeymoon trip. Amazing hotel with nice staff, professional service The interior design of whole hotel it’s fabulous 👌🤩 Clean beds, very good breakfast 🍳, amazing view and the hotel interested about all small details 👌 I recommend it

Very trained and polite staff, excellent service and you really think you are in your own home, suitable swimming pool, very beautiful beach and the sea water is like tears in the eyes, good breakfast quality and very high quality daily meals.

Checkin was very fast and the reception management were very professional, the only struggle was the language and the beachside services. Our room number was 2009, everything was fantastic, we could have a better sea view but we were very lazy since we unpacked all our stuff and not ready to repack to move to another room! The time you go to the jetty to enjoy your day on the beach I promise you if you speak English it will be a hassle and if your ask for a help they will ignore you easily, like today 20th of August 2024, I asked 3 times to re-adjust the umbrella to avoid the sun while we are laying down on the sunbeds but ofcourse they just went away without hesitating!!! Yesterday 19th of August 2024 I have ordered a sparkling water, the place was not busy at all and my order was forgotten TOTALLY! I had to ask 3 times for the water :) and finally it arrived peacefully. The hotel facilities are amazing very modern and chic, the rooms are nicely designed and very specious, the location at least for me it’s very nice and I prefer to be far from the city center. Very clean hotel I will rate it 10/10 for the cleanliness. Action points for further improvements: 1- Communication skills 2- Customer care courses maybe? Thanks & Regards,

We liked the room, facilities and the beach. Service was satisfied. We just very confused with the noisy birthday party at the beach. It was our last day and we couldn't understand why a hotel beach was used for a birthday party like that. It was very annoying. Also, the hotel claims sustainable success but that party with balloons and everything seemed a waste of resources by all means. We breathed the plastic balloon scent all day despite the breeze. Members of the staff were excellent. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed at Italian Restaurant. Housekeepers could get the all credit actually. Well deserved.

This is our worst hotel experience unfortunately. We had a two bedroom suite for 3 adults and one child. None of the telephones were working in the room. Reception knew about it and they did nothing. Curtains are short and does not cover the windows which lead to people around seeing inside the room as the room is located groundfloor. Plus sunshine enters inside the room around 5.30 am which woke us up. No turndown service. Housekeeping and food/tea service keep forgetting placing the essentials in the room(no clean tea cups, tea/coffee for 2 people instead of 4 people). One of the sinks was broken and all bathroom flooded the minute we checked in to the room. Both televisions froze time to time. Last year we also stayed here and there were some problems with service but this year it got way worse. It is such a shame as the hotel has a beautiful location. The only nice thing at this hotel is the Italian restaurant. Great service and delicious food. Even though we love the location, we won’t be staying here again as it gets worse and worse every year.

It was a wonderful holiday in a hotel with its own beach, two piers. Spacious clean room with a balcony, delicious breakfasts, responsive staff. We enjoyed ice cream at Swisscafe. The pizza at the bar on the pier was very tasty. Ravioli at sunset in the Italian restaurant on the roof was especially good. By taxi in 5 minutes we got to Turgutreis, where there are cafes, restaurants, shops. In 30 minutes we got to Yalikavak with a luxury embankment. Thank you.

Hotel, service, food & staff are amazing…especially the staff! Wonderful place to get away & relax with family & friends. Beautiful picturesque landscape surround the hotel…get a room with an ocean view, it’s very worth the money! The beds are so comfy…it’s like sleeping on a cloud.

the holiday was wonderful, starting from the breakfasts, taken care of in every detail, the beach is quiet and cared for. The dining room staff, the reception and those responsible for cleaning the room are exquisite people, always available and with a smile. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel. Every single thing you could want and more! I loved the beach cabana!! 5*. I would highly recommend this place, it was exceptional in every single way. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay and I would 100% return.

Very comfortable and luxurious stay. I enjoyed the facilities and the private beach area. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes away from Bodrum center, but it is great if you look for quite and relaxing atmosphere.

The stay was excellent and the service was great. The breakfast was plentiful and the private beach had wonderful views. We stayed in Bodrum for four days. It was my first time in Turkey. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. If political situation is ok in the future I will travel again.
