Although we booked two separate rooms from Yelken Mandalinci Hotel and paid for 2 rooms, we were only given 1 suite room. We request a refund for the second room we booked.

I had a lovely stay at Yelken Mandalinci. The location is perfect, right on the beach with amazing sea views. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Ayaz, friendly and always. smiling! The food was tasty with plenty of variety. I especially enjoyed the relaxing pool area where you can enjoy the sun while listening to music. It's a peaceful, all-inclusive spot that's perfect for unwinding. Would definitely return!

I recently stayed at Yelken Mandalinci Hotel and it was a very pleasent stay. The hotel itself has a great beachfront location and is just a short walk from the town center. While the rooms and amenities were good, it was really the staff that made our stay special. My special thanks goes to Ayaz, whose kind character made our holiday better than we could’ve ever imagined. I’d definitely return, mainly because of how well we were treated throughout our visit.

Wat een super hotel en personeel. Ik was de 1ste dag uitgegleden en kon nauwelijks nog lopen. 2 keer in het ziekenhuis geweest. Personeel was zo lief voor mij. Gingen eten met me halen, drankjes enz. Ik voelde me gewoon een prinses. Dankjulliewel mooi lief Mandalinci! Ik zal jullie nooit meer vergeten!

Although it is a good location, close to beach and shops. The hotel itself needs improvement. The food was always cold, the same food every day and not much flavour. My hotel room was hot, AC did not work, the shower was cold and the bathroom was unclean. The buildings need redoing. Although this wasn’t great, the staff were amazing. Farhet was so kind and funny. He made the best cocktails and always made me feel welcome. I would only return purely because of the staff.

The staff were great, very helpful and pleasant. Hotel is in great location for bars and shops. The hotel was dirty, and completely run down. My bed sheets had to be changed as cigarette burns . The towels were thin and frayed. The pool looked clean but was freezing cold . Drinks terrible, just 1 beer called Tuborg . Food was absolutely dreadful, no fruit or yogurt at breakfast or cereal. Just a bowl of we think cornflakes . All food was cold and cooked to death . No ice cream or fruit . Many guests complaining about poor lighting and cold showers .sun-beds filthy and smelly . I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is placed in a very picturesque place, the vibes of Turgutreis are truly amazing. As we first entered the hotel, we were a bit sceptical, but i blame it on the rush we were in due to late arrival. However, the kind staff changed everything. The atmosphere at the hotel is very welcoming, really makes you feel at home. I’m specifically grateful to Ayaz, who made our holiday special. He’s willing to offer a helpful hand in every situation, while always having a smile on his face. The only flaw was the cleanliness of public areas. Still, I’d rate this holiday a 10/10, the food, the drinks, the pool and again, the amazing staff, it was all on point. Once again, special thanks to Ayaz!

To był nasz pierwszy wyjazd z biura podróży i muszę przyznać, że był naprawdę udany! Hotel Yelken Mandalinci pozytywnie nas zaskoczył pod wieloma względami. Jedzenie było przepyszne – duży wybór, świeże produkty i coś dla każdego. Obsługa zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – wszyscy byli niesamowicie mili, uprzejmi i pomocni, wręcz fantastyczni! Lokalizacja hotelu to kolejny ogromny plus – blisko plaży, sklepów i głównych atrakcji, dzięki czemu wszystko było w zasięgu ręki. Jedynym minusem był internet – choć WiFi jest dostępne w hotelu, to w pokoju praktycznie nie działało, co może być uciążliwe dla osób, które potrzebują stałego dostępu do sieci. Mimo tego drobnego mankamentu, wyjazd oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie i z chęcią wrócimy tam ponownie! Również chcielibyśmy podziękować Sebastianowi (Ferhat)🥰.
