The rooms are wonderful, there is no doubt about the cleanliness both in the room and in the restaurant There was no negative aspect of our holiday, if you don't want to bother with small things it is a wonderful holiday place. The only negative aspect is the constant chatter of the bartenders at the bar about getting tips and this constant chat Thank you to all the staff🙏 Especially Necla and Humeyra hnm thank you🙏

At the beginning you can feel the professionality of 5 stars hotel, check-in was amazing thanks to Mr. Aytaç and Dilar alto all staff from reception thet were always kind. The rooms are awesome with terrace and other one with sea wiev balcony. You can find from minibar corner nespresso coffee, botte of water was made by the glass. I would like ti especially refer all products have high quality and cleaning was satisfied. At the breakfast Elena has welcomed us with kidness and always smiling. Breakfast is abondant, deliciuos and ambient makes you feel that you enjoy in vacation. The sea was slice of heaven. It is unique sea that I can enjoy here. From Sanitas Spa reception Yasemin was welcoming and Dilare who operated 75 min. Medical massage was incredibile. The homemade meal restaurant's producta are sterilised and delicious, Yusuf and other lady they were so kind From bar Mr. Hakan, Doğa and Umut extremly professional and welcoming too. You can also find special cocktails and Starbucks coffe. Lovely. We will absolutely get back in every visit of Bodrum. Greatings to the all staff for this organiziation. Even if it was a period of Eid fest, they could manage it with their best.

The best thing about the Liman Hotel is the Teras restaurant on the top floor. We shot lots of photos here, and enjoyed the amazing food. They have greek and turkish style cuisine and very well presented. The hotel overlooks the Agean sea, with a view of the entire bay. You can see Greece in the distance. The sunsets were awesome. Very beautiful. The room was fone, no problems there. Showers are a bit too small, so it was cramped while showering. The stairwell is steep, so walk slowly. But the beds are soft and the service was always good. The Teras Hotel staff also did catering for our business so I was really happy about that.

The rooms were clean, the common use areas were clean. The staff was a mask. The sea was clean and suitable for the children's families. The beach was very much out of the area. We didn't have a bad time to get a place on the beach for we're early wake up, but we've been realised that the hotel staff had a bad time to keep a place for patterns from outside. The only criticism breakfast could have been a little weak, more cozy. The pandemic is the result of the staffing of the samples made from the hungry buffet, which can create a little intensity in it. We were happy with every body we tried from the downstairs menu on the beach, the prices, unfortunately, are in the basement standards. The pandemic offers safe holidays, which was the most important increase for me.

The hotel room was good space for 2 adults and it was super clean. All of the reception members were nice and kind and helpful all of them were kind and lovely they also helped us in some activity ideas and beaches and some placed we told them to call and they kindly did which was very nice of them to do. Definitely going to choose this place near the yalikavak marina like 23 min walking

The overall hotel environment and conditions are pretty good, but I lost a pair of Bluetooth headphones in the room. Because it automatically connects to the phone, I found that the Bluetooth headphones lost connection in the hotel room that night. Strangely, it was automatically connected the next morning. When I opened the door, a waiter happened to pass by... I told her about this and hoped that she would find it and give it to me. I still didn't find the headphones until I checked out.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. We lived at Degirmenburnu residence almost 5 months and it was a really great experience! Hotel has a very good location - near you can find Marina (in 15 minutes walking) with so many restaurants, cafes and Gumbet's beach (in 5-10 minutes walking). Also there is enough kid's playgrounds, it was important for us, cause of the baby)). Hotel’s rooms has all for long staying there (wash machine, place for cooking, dishwasher and etc.), rooms have wonderful views on the sea and the part of Bodrum city. But the best in this hotel I think is in administration service. All of ours questions and problems was solved and it was really quickly. For example our dishwasher broke (it was almost night, about 11 pm) and they come to help us and changed it for a new one just in 15 minutes! And all our asks was solved every time so fast as in example above. I want to say many thanks to Eric and other staff for that kind and personal attention to us and to our friends too. If we will come back to Bodrum we’ll definitely stay at Degirmenburnu!

It’s a standard 3-stars hotel with very loud annoying music Check-in was quick and our bags arrived quickly at the room, which was good and spacious with a balcony with a great view. As gold members of *******, we were upgraded and offered a fruit plate. However, the shower was leaking, the curtains did not shut properly and the coffee machine wasn’t working (1 coffee is complimentary, the following days it’s paid - another surprise at a 5-stars hotel). We complained and the curtains were fixed but the other issues remained unfixed. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly too. They do not make the turn around at night, as expected in a 5-stars unit. So the towels you use in the morning are the same you used after the beach, still humid. We dined twice at the restaurant and the food was ok. The setting is very good, right near the sea. Our waitress was a lovely girl from Cazaquistan - the only staff member to whom we would rate a 5-stars service. Breakfast is simply not good. The porridge was terribly made and the scrambled eggs were watery. It’s served at the table, you can only choose the juice, coffee, eggs and pancakes besides what they bring to the table. Beach chairs are not comfortable and we couldn’t move the shade, it is fixed together with a little table. There are five cabanas on the deck, at 150€ per day! But the worst part is the VERY LOUD MUSIC ALL THE TIME! It’s impossible to relax at the beach with horrible disco music the whole afternoon. EVERY DAY. When you complain they lower the volume a little bit and slowly put it very loud again… We were lucky enough there were few guests during our stay. Staff is very young and inexperienced, most of them speak poor English. We were wondering whether the owners of this hotel want it to be a 5-stars boutique hotel or a teenagers disco on the beach (even the choice of music is tiring and annoying!). Management should decide wether they run an elegant boutique style property or a noisy standard little hotel. Service in general is poor and we would never rate this a 5-stars boutique hotel. For the price paid at this hotel, we would expect a much better service and atmosphere. We do not recommend it and would rate it as 3-stars unit, as it is. We left after two nights (we booked 5 nights at this hotel).
