Lux appartment in great location

Our stay at Palazzo Del Carretto was wonderful. We truly enjoyed the great customer service from Arianna, Ingrid and Lucia, they were very accommodating to our needs. The location of our apartment was so convenient to the city, close to restaurants and piazza's.

Prachtig gedecoreerde kamer. Alles prima in orde. Goed bed en ruime badkamer. Midden in de stad, er is mogelijkheid om te parkeren in de parkeergarage bij het hotel. Zeer vriendelijk receptioniste, die ons voorzag van restaurantaanbevelingen. Feestje om hier te verblijven.

Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Suite war sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Die Böden bestehen aus alten bestens sanierten Massivparkettböden. Das Bad ist in einem sehr guten neuwertigen Zustand. Alles war immer sehr sauber gereinigt.

Sicuramente il Palazzo del Carretto mantiene le aspettative: il palazzo che ospita la struttura è in zona centrale ma in una strada silenziosa, la suite Marquis, che ci ha ospitato, è davvero molto bella, i materassi sono comodi , il the e i caffè messi a disposizione degli ospiti sono di ottima qualità, tutto è molto pulito. Due cose, tuttavia, mi hanno lasciata perplessa: la prima è la mancanza delle pantofole di cortesia. Ci ha creato disagio, in quanto ci aspettavamo, naturalmente, di trovarle in una struttura di questo livello. Mancano davvero o non sono state fornite a noi? Dal momento che ritengo che la seconda sia l'opzione giusta, la cosa ci ha davvero infastidito. La seconda è la qualità dei saponi, non adeguata al livello del resto.

Una bellissima soluzione di lusso per pernottare in centro a Torino. Otto stanza giganti è molto curate, in posizione centrale; quella in cui dormivo aveva un soppalco affrescato bellissimo . Staff molto disponibile. La struttura non ha un ristorante perciò la colazione non è inclusa.

We were so fortunate to have chosen this apartment as our base in Turin. We stayed for 7 nights and it was the perfect location, very central to all the main sights, as well as to local supermarkets, bakeries and excellent restaurants. We had a long balcony and overlooked a garden so it was very quiet and private. The road was also very quiet with not much passing traffic. Ariana and Lucia were on hand in reception to assist us and were very courteous and helpful. They also helped with booking tours, airport transfers prior to our arrival. The apartment (Garden Suite) was spacious, beautifully appointed and very clean. The daily maid service was a plus. I cannot fault this as a place to saty when visiting Turin.
