Really old facilities, especially in the room. The whole hotel is just old honestly. The staff was nice and helpful though. They helped me print something and let me store my luggage after check out!

Bad experience with this hotel. 1) The air conditioner did not ever work. They todl us that they will repair it next day (other room was not possible because the hotel was full, according to them). They did not ever repair the air conditioner. We were 5 nights from 15 July to 20 July with a terrible heat in the room (in fact when we arrived, there was a fun in the room, which is rare if you have air conditioned. Later, I understood why: they were not planning to repair the air conditioning). It was very difficult to sleep with such a heat in the room. The room is 514. Apart from this main problems. other issues: 2) Some of the outlets did not work. 3) The small refrigerator barely cooled 4) The bathroom: it smelles very very bad This hotel does not deserve the 4 starts it has at all. To be honest, the waiters in the breakfast were very kind, and the breakfast itself was ok.

Ho prenotato qui per passare un weekend veloce a Torino e credo di aver trovato l'unico hotel che non vale nemmeno una stella di quelle che ha. La reception bella, grande accogliente, ci accingiamo a prendere gli ascensori per salire in camera ed entrambi gli ascensori hanno la muffa nello specchio ed emanava un odore orribile. Entriamo in camera e la prima cosa che notiamo è che la finestra non si chiude e il condizionatore è rotto, ed essendo estate un po' d'aria fresca ci vuole. Ci facciamo cambiare di stanza, all'impatto sembra pulita, poi ci accorgiamo della muffa dentro la doccia, il bordo del letto ricoperto di gommapiuma ormai ammuffata cadeva a terra. Le lenzuola piene di acari che a contatto ti irritavano la pelle. Purtroppo cambiare camera non sarebbe servito perché tutte le stanze sono cosi. La televisione piccola per una stanza come quella. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo non era il massimo, il personale che al buffet non ha nemmeno chiesto se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa e nemmeno un buongiorno. Vorrei aggiungere che nella prenotazione era specificata la presenza di un parcheggio ma non era citato da nessuna parte che il parcheggio fosse a tariffa giornaliera dai 17€ in su al giorno. Un consiglio, non andateci mai!

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel per 4 notti ed è stata un’ottima esperienza…la camera è molto ampia e pulita e vi sono tutti i confort necessari…il personale gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza…la posizione è ottima dato che è facile raggiungere stazione e centro con i mezzi…consigliato
