Breakfast is good, location is awesome, there is bellboy for luggage moving to room, the toilet is a bit too dark, the building is grand, vintage (compliment) and clean.

A five star hotel close to all major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, caffe and wine bars within ten minutes walk. Great hotel and good value for money. Front desk service is excellent but not so in the breakfast restaurant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is well located Breakfast with high quality local products.. Warm and professional welcome Big pluses for on-site parking and the socket to charge my electric car (the price of 45 euros) The large room is a little old-fashioned..

True and all-smiles service in this luxurious hotel. Front desk was very helpful in securing reservations to popular museums. Though pricey, we also used valet parking which they loaded our left luggage for us. Three of us stayed two nights in luxurious and spacious bedroom. I would highly recommend staying here

Fine old hotel with all the modern comforts in a great city centre position. Our good-sized room was terrific with an excellent bathroom. The civilised hotel bar is great for a drink. Only criticisms: when we were there in May, you didn’t have control over the room’s air conditioning. The manager decided it wouldn’t be available until the afternoon, which was a bit high-handed - considering the hotel advertises that it’s air-conditioned without any qualification. Also, €38 a night for parking seemed a bit steep.

This hotel is perfectly located downtown Turin. For example, the Museo Egizio is like 5 minutes walking distance. The staff is very kind, whether it is at the front desk or the breakfast area (breakfast buffet is perfect by the way). A special thumbs up to the barman (sorry, couldn't catch his name) who, for sure, really knows what he's doing behind his bar! The restaurant Carlo e Camillo is also quite nice, even though ou can find plenty of good (better) restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is very old, but clean and refreshed. You somehow feel like you're in the late 20's while reading a newspaper in the entrance hall, it's got charm and elegance. It's definitely a good address for a short stay in Turin. The only downside is that single rooms are quite small. Which means that if you're staying only a few nights, that's all right, but for a long vacation, it wouldn't do, at least not for me.

It is a great hotel with excellent staff. Also the garden area is very pleasant. The rooms can be a bit small-ish but it is after all Italy. The location is second to none and the bar downstairs provides some tasty cocktails. We really enjoyed our weekend there!

We booked three rooms for a family trip, including a classic suite, executive double, and a triple. All were great. The executive double was a particularly good value, offering plenty of space at a great rate. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was fabulous, especially the delicious pastries. There are good restaurants and cafes all around the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel , great location. We drove a sports car which managed the roads. You can park outside the hotel which at first glance you may think you can’t turn into the road. They parked the car very close to the hotel. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Fridge, safe, hair dryer. You will need to ask for an iron. The maid was lovely on our first floor. Rooms are nice. Big comfy bed. Bathroom could do with some TLC But we noticed some rooms were getting a spruce. Very clean. Breakfast was nice. Included in our price. Fruits, pastries, proteins, cereals, toasts etc. Delicious coffee. Nice outdoor area with 7 Tortoises so mind your step!! They like melon! Very comfortable bar area for the evening. Every single member of staff we met was so helpful, polite, chatty and friendly.!!! Highly recommend for staff, value, location!!

I found the hotel grand, indeed. Impeccable service, beautiful traditional décor, well-maintained rooms and public areas, comfortable beds, high-quality towels and linens, spectacular breakfast buffet, a quiet oasis ideally situated near all the sights, shops, and restaurants one wants to visit. What’s not to love?

Very high level of service, but “Grand” may be a little exaggeration. Wonderful central location very conducive for exploration. Comfortable large room. Small fitness room. Michelin restaurant and a smaller casual one too. Wi-Fi works well. Breakfast is lovely, and you can eat outside with the turtles. Valet parking is a little pricey at €38/day.

The location is great to explore Torino by foot. It is on a quiet pedestrian street, and the building has a classic old European feel. Breakfast is great. Service fantastic. But it doesn't feel "grand" as the rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment. And the decoration uses plastic plants..... that look good, but they are not real.

I have stayed in other Grand Hotels in Italy and while this is a very nice hotel it did not meet my expectations. The location and service from the staff are excellent. The front desk was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room was pretty typical and noise from other rooms could be heard. Don’t get me wrong—it’s a nice hotel, but not up to 5 star “Grand” rating in my opinion.

This was our second stay here, having had such a good experience the first time a few years ago. This stay was equally as good as the first one. Room was a good size, beautifully furnished and quality bed linen. Super comfortable bed. Everything immaculate. Breakfast buffet a very good range of hot and cold options and pastry items, coffee was very good too. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful, check in and check out process very efficient. We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Highly recommend!
