Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel est agréable et très à l'écoute. Il a su nous proposer des visites et des restaurants. L'hôtel est bien situé dans un endroit calme et à proximité des différentes commodités. Nous y retournons volontiers.

Fab hotel in Torino. Reception staff one of the best I have ever encountered. Gabriele went out of his way to help with every enquiry I had,he was amazing. The same can be said for the very friendly young man who did the evening shift,sorry forgot his name. Accommodation was brilliant,clean and super comfortable. Lots of places to eat and have an aperitivo near by. Train station around the corner,buses as well. But the center of Torino is very accessible by foot. Lovely walk. Torino is an amazing city,and when I get back I will certainly book again Residence Star.

In ottima posizione a pochi metri dalla Stazione di Porta Susa, vicinissimo al centro ma soprattutto in un quartiere tranquillo e ben servito. Ho alloggiato in una stanza un pò datata rispetto ad altre ma comunque efficientissima. Un elogio alla professionalità e disponibilità dello staff tutto.
