The hotel is a little far from the city center but it is convenient to reach by bus.
The hotel environment looks a bit old but it is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

Excellent value for money, ugly area but with underground parking at 9.90 per day the problem is solved. I would stay here again.

Ci siamo trovati bene, è stato tutto adeguato alle aspettative, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il personale è cortese e disponibile, la colazione è buona ed abbondante. La distanza dal centro storico è inferiore ai 2 chilometri. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Posizione strategica con bella passeggiata lungo Dora per raggiungere il centro città, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una "svecchiata" ( bagno in camera vetusto e moquette obsoleta)

El hotel esta muy bien, las habitaciones tiene mobiliario un poco viejo, pero tenia muy buena cama king con buen colchón, buenas sabanas y toallas. Y el cuarto era espacioso. El baño tenia un secador de pelo medio extraño, que parecía una aspiradora. Pero tenia todos lo amenities y buena presión en la ducha. El desayuno estuvo espectacular, muy surtido, variado y con buena reposición. Excelente pastelería. Llegamos antes del horario del check-in (como a las 11 hs) y no tuvieron ningún inconveniente en darnos a esa hora la habitación. En eso estuvieron excelente. El problema es que esta muy lejos del centro y de la zona turística. Y la zona por donde moverse cerca, no es muy linda. Se encuentra como a 20 cuadras del centro. Estuvimos alojados 2 días y los dos días fuimos y volvimos caminando al centro. La otra contra es que no tiene restaurantes cerca del hotel.

Très bon hôtel propre, chambre agréable et petit déjeuner très correct. Il est bien situé et les chambres sont calmes. Le personnel est très agréable autant au niveau de la réception qu'au petit déjeuner. L´espace détente en extérieur (+1) est bien agréable

not handicap friendly. I tried communicating with both the hotel and Orbitz and was told it was all set for wheelchair access. Wheelchair did not fit thru the bathroom door. Room extremely small and the price was outrageous for what it was

Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità/prezzo L'hote è un quattro stelle solo nelle parti comuni, mentre le camere sono piuttosto vecchiotte, ma pulite e provviste di tv a schermo piatto, frigorifero, cassaforte, armadio capiente Materasso durissimo, impossibile dormire Sul pavimento la moquette, che io odio! aria condizionata presente, ma guasta per tutta la durata del soggiorno e il tecnico non è riuscito a sistemarla. Quindi poichè la camera era sempre caldissima, quasi impossibile da sopportare, ho dovuto tenere costantemente la finestra aperta, anche di notte. Personale gentile, ma poco preparato a dare informazioni turistiche e incapaci totalmente di indicare qualche itinerario turistico o come raggingere le località d'interesse colazione abbondante e servita in una bella sala l'hotel è abbastanza distante dal centro città, che si può raggiungere con una passeggiata di almeno 45/50 minuti( attraversando una zona non molto tranquilla) oppure con l'unica linea di bus che però non passa vicino all'hotel. Inoltre il quartiere è abbastanza isolato e malfrequentato sopratutto la notte. Nei dintorni pochissimi locali tutti dello stesso tipo (kebabberie, locali di cibo etnico, pizzeria al taglio) Quartiere completamente deserto la notte Vicinissimo , a 100 metri, un MD Consigliato a chi arriva a Torino con l'auto, poichè nei dintorni ci sono moltissimi parcheggi gratuiti Non ci tornerei
