Lovely hotel, clean rooms, very good breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful! Although the hotel is not located in the historic centre it is in walking distance and just beside the tram line which is really convenient..15 min walk to the main train station. Good value for money, it was overall a great stay!

The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. I was able to store my bike securely during my stay. The mattress was comfy but the pillow was awful.

I liked this hotel very much. Clean, quiet, cozy. Good breakfast. Not too far from Porta Nuova train station. A good option price/ quality. I will definetely stay there on my next trip to Turin

1首先在下午入住時間到達，一直在大廳硬是沒看見任何服務人員，前台裏面那個***在裏面打電話10分鐘看到我了，也沒有任何理睬和表示,最後才知道他是前台
2在等了10分鐘他打完電話，全場人都等他，他過來沒有任何歉意，我説為什麼這這邊連個接待的人都沒有，我已經等了10分作為，而且你看到我了知道我在找前台辦理入住，即使你電話也告訴一下客人哪裡是前台，他馬上一副憤怒的嘴臉，説沒看到我在打電話嗎，這是我的工作，所以給客人辦理入住就不是你的工作了？
3説完他憤怒把鑰匙丟了給我，告訴我，這邊就我一個，你要是覺得沒人就去找主管，全程一直暴怒的狀態，並告訴我，我也不喜歡你這樣的客人
這是我見過最沒禮貌教養的旅館工作人員，自以為是，不知道你小學有沒有畢業，你的父母是怎麼教你的，你的存在就是給意大利人丟臉，如果你不喜歡這份工作,希望你可以早點辭職回你老家去賣菜，作為賓館客人，我不喜歡在付錢的情況下看到你這樣的傢伙，還有你需要去種植新的頭髮了
賓館不是你的家，你作為一個前台,以為自己是老闆嗎？因為你這樣的服務態度，説明你這一生衹可能當一個服務人員，你沒有機會變得更富有和有才能，你並不合適去申請更好的職位也得不到
最後給旅館管理人員的忠告，第一在客人辦理入住的時間，我在大廳沒有看到一個人，這非常不符合一個四星級賓館，第二這樣的前台和服務人員，是不是因為他年紀大了，所以你們縱容他這樣的服務態度，請你們換一個懂禮貌年輕的前台，一個年紀大的人衹會發火他不合適這份工作，我花了錢，不是要到老年服務中心看到這樣的老年人對我發火
他還是一個騙子，一直説我沒給他護照，所以不能辦理入住
