La atención genial, la habitación también, el desayuno algo escaso, con variedad pero no demasiadas opciones. El aire acondicionado refrescaba pero no toda la habitación.

We stayed at the hotel for five days in July. The hotel aircondition didn't work properly and our room was facing the street, so we couldn't have the windows open because of the noise from the bars across the street.
The rooms could have been in a better condition, but it was big (50 m2) and had an okay price, so all in all a fine experience.

Purtroppo sono stata in questa struttura niente da dire sulla posizione un passo dalla mole , invece vorrei parlare del personale della struttura molto sgarbati dalla reception alla sala colazione . In altra cosa molto fastidiosa il rumore notturno sarebbe opportuno che mettessero degli infissi a prova di rumore impossibile dormire la notte .

Excelente atención y limpio, muy buena ubicación, buena solución de compromiso precio calidad. Buena habitación y servicios frente a tras alternativas de la zona. El único inconveniente es el ingreso inicial a las 15 hs es algo tarde para planificar actividades

We booked 2 nights in this hotel on August 7th. Our room was at the first floor. As it was very hot, i of course booked a room with Air conditioning. As we arrived the AC was not working! After several tentatives to ask the hotel to find a solution for us to repair or whatever else (other room?) we had no other choice than to stay at least the first night. The room was terribly hot, so we had to open the windows (first floor over the street, which was noisy). In the morning we discovered that somebody entered our room during the night and stole all our jewellery including cash..... I am now since one month fighting with this poor hotel to get a reimbursement... as it is clearly their fault that we had to sleep with open windows. I even think that the hotel might have also a responsibility in the fact that we got stolen..... So do NOT go in this hotel!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Ho trascorso 3 notti da venerdi a lunedi presso il residence con la mia famiglia e sono stato sistemato in yn appartamento al 3 e ultimo piano. L'appartamento era molto carino, ben pulito ed arredato e molto accogliente. Il bagno era grande e luminoso. Solo una nora stonata, l'appartamento dava con le finestre sulla via della movida e malgrado le finestre chiuse si sentiva un bel rumore fino ad oltre le 3 di notte. Ma le persone dell'hotel sono state molto gentili e disponibili. Da ritornarci sicuramente
