The room and the bed was comfortable and all the staff were really friendly, they were very kind with offering insights about the city.
Only negative side was that room was a bit too cold for me. The AC was centralized so it was not made possible but I was offered extra blankets and warm tea before going to bed, which was very thoughtful of them.

zona frequentata esclusivamente da stranieri, ma tranquilla. Negativo che il check in può essere fatto solo sino alle 22,30. I titolari, però, sono gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni richiesta e questo supplisce la carenza. Molto pulito

Gita di 3 giorni a Torino con la Piemonte card, è in mezzo al triangolo venaria/palazzo reale/superga. 30 min a piedi da centro città ma 10 con il tram che ha la fermata a 50 metri dall'hotel e passa di continuo. Ottima la pulizia e la possibilità di colazione servita in camera senza costi di room service

Horrible a fuir
Séjour horrible, on a payé et on nous a dit qu’on n’avait pas droit d’y passer la nuit car plus personne à l’accueil après 22h. Si vous voulez passer un bon séjour allez à un autre hôtel. Aussi le voisinage est dangereux. Donc pour résumer, hôtel qui vole ses clients, qui ferme à 22h et qui en plus est très mal situé.

Buon albergo. Ottimo prezzo.
Albergo molto bello. Stanze grandi e silenziose. Pulizia e cortesia. Personale gentile e professionale. Comodissimo per prendere i mezzi pubblici e arrivare in centro e in stazione. Forse, unica pecca: la colazione con poca scelta… ma è una piccola cosa. :-)

Hotel situato vicino al centro, ci si arriva con il tram, ottimo personale cordiale e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problematica, parcheggio interno, viene fornito un codice con il quale si può accedere in qualunque momento sia di giorno che di notte Camera pulita ,colazione non abbondante ma non manca nulla

How can you call yourselves 3 stars? And you don't even have ice for guests? Also, you made it really difficult to order late nite food. I order a pizza then your staff is banging on my door blaming for letting people in to the hotel.
You get an 3 out of 5 from me Simply because you're a bed was so phenomenal. The room was freezing and the heating doesn't work well and it doesn't go high enough for a comfortable setting for me. Emphasize the word for me. Each gust is different and hester own preferences for temperature.
