This is hotel really lives up to its 4 stars, and it’s such good value for money. It’s situated right next to the cathedral and is easy walking distance of everything. The architecture is stunning. The receptionist was charming, and made every effort to accommodate us, especially as my husband has a disability. Access and parking were easy. The rooms are well equipped with different glasses, cups, kettle, Lavazza coffee machine (this is Turin) , well stocked mini bar, fluffy towels, very comfy bed. The bar is pleasant and there is an atrium garden for when it’s warmer. Our dinner in the restaurant was interesting: it’s modern Italian cooking, but good and reasonably priced. If you want traditional Piedmontese food there is a square around the corner with multiple bars and restaurants. At our request the receptionist arranged a private car tour of Turin because my husband cannot walk very far. All done with efficiency and charm. We can’t rate this hotel highly enough.

We stayed here as a couple for two nights stay. We were shocked by how nice our room was at first glance, seemed very modern and had a cool balcony. However we soon noticed that there were loads and loads of ants on the floor, wardrobe, bathroom. We obviously told the staff who, when we went out, said they sprayed everywhere/surface in the room with I presume bug spray. This was fine I suppose apart from the fact that all of this spray will have gone all over all our belongings and our bed, which isn’t great. Some ants remained but they said there was nothing more they could do. The main thing you want in a hotel is for it to be clean (bug-less) so this was a real downer as we darent put anything on the floor or in the wardrobe incase ants got in it! We then got a visit saying we were being too loud when ironically I was writing a review on the last place we stayed whilst my partner showered, so we certainly weren’t being loud, not even speaking. Aircon was very loud, couldn’t keep it on all night as it sounded like a car, but at least it worked. Breakfast was fine, hot food looked horrible but they had yoghurts and juice which sufficed. Very good location!

We came to Turin for an extended weekend and stayed in this beautiful and elegant hotel. It is conveniently located close to everything and in a shopping area with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. We got a free upgrade to a junior suite - what a lovely surprise! Hotel Príncipe di Piemonte has everything you can except from a 5 star hotel. Our suite was very comfortable with free water and a Lavazza coffee machine. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fresh and local products. Friendly and helpful staff completed our positive experience. We can highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again next time we visit Turin!

The hotel's service is very good, the room is very clean, the window is the square in front of the train station. Shopping around the hotel is very convenient, just in the downtown area. There are also many shops nearby, there is a small Carrefour express next to it, the hotel is about 1 minute walk from Xinmenhuo Railway Station. The holiday inn group hotel on a secluded road to the west of Nuova, the interior is relatively dim, but the atmosphere is good. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. The single room is so small that the room information cards, envelopes, white paper, and pens are all hung on the wall, and there is no decent table. There is only a small table that can be put in the cupboard, and it is equipped with a burning table. kettle. However, the bathroom in the bathroom is very large, and the toiletries are relatively complete, such as shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and so on. The price of this hotel may be more expensive than the Francia Holiday Inn in Massaua, but its location is very, very good. We stayed 4 nights in this Hotel in May 2022. Paid quite a high price during those periods, possibly because of many concerts/matches and the fact not many hotels available around those dates made us choose this one. Temperature was around 26-30 degC during our stay. So the room was very hot. There is no fan, we have to open the window throughout the day to get some fresh air. However at night there were so much noises across the street, people were shouting, traffic, noises from the cars buzzing around really disturbed my quality of sleep. Wifi in the room was also very weak and I had always problems accessing wifi from my laptop (sometimes i need to be online to check my work emails/meetings). The room was also a bit old, interior is kind of dusty and maintenance can be done a lot better to improve the quality of guest stay. I came to Turin to watch a concert and expecting a calm/relaxed holiday. Had i known the situation earlier I would not book this hotel and choose rather calm, a bit outside of the city that allow us to rest after long day exploring in Turin. One thing that was good is the reception worker is very polite and tried their best to help us with information.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really sizeable and offer good value. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all super friendly(speaking English) and helpful. The hotel is 100 meters from the very efficient subway system which we used to get to the historic centre and to and from dinner - as easiest to avoid trying to find a parking spot in town for the car (the hotel offers free parking). The hotel complex in the old FIAT factory includes a shopping mall, supermarket, the roof race track an art museum and a conference centre.

GGuest UserAn excellent hotel, significant cheaper than the rip off prices in London, good location. 1.70 euro by subway from the centre, but get a multi ticket for a lot less. eg 3 day 10 euro. Stayed 3 nights , unfortunately for me this will probably one of my last stays as a diamond member, this stay will be remembered for that. The Lingotto stop is the better because you can walk through the shopping mall and access the shopping mall direct from the 2nd floor. ( rear lift) . Staff excellent: Only slight negative comment- the restaurant is fairly limited in choice but you would probably eat out so not an issue from our perspective. pricing of the menu though very fair. Good selection for the continental breakfast . Good gym equipment- located on each floor ive never seen that before. if back in Turin this is where we will stay.

Our room was amazing. Even though it's a hostel, we got a room far away from students, and they set up a special bed for our 5 year old. (We assumed he'd have to sleep with us.) It's a great place for a family, actually. There's a nice cafe downstairs, and board games. Everyone was super super kind, and remembered us... Roberto at the desk is a star! The room came equipped with a hairdryer, USB ports at the bed, coffee/tea, a safe, and little fridge. We came for Eurovision, and on the night of the Grand Final hundreds of us got locked out of Eurovision village because they had reached capacity. It was very (very) frustrating. That said, we watched it in our room with other fans, so for us this hotel really worked out, as we were even able to save the evening from disaster.

GGuest UserAlthough the location is a bit faraway from the train station, our stay here was great and we enjoyed the service. The rooms was spacious and there's a balcony with inside view. However it's a little bit strange that the balcony is connected with other rooms. Staffs were welcoming and there's a great variety of Italian and European breakfasts.

While I love the minimalist aesthetic, it doesn't work if you have suitcases, clothes, towels, etc. The only place to set our suitcases was on a single wobbly luggage rack. Why not have a long, sleek bench to hold at least 2 suitcases? What could we do with our wet towels? Towel racks or hooks in the bathroom would have been so nice. The most inconvenient part was the bathroom, which comprised two components. The toilet was in a small room near the door. The sink and tub were in a completely separate area across the bedroom. So to wash hands after using the toilet, it took an excursion to reach the sink. Designers, please consider that people will want to actually use the room, not just admire it.

GGuest UserLocation is great near Porta Nuova rail station, and minutes walk to Via Roma and the wonderful piazzas of Turin. It is always a pleasure to stay at a renovated hotel. The rooms are clean bright and spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious, clean and very comfortable Bed was very comfy Breakfast could be better, as well as waiters attitude. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful, but we have to mention one mostly unpleasant employee whose attitude was not less than disgusting. Since we had to leave, after 2 nights stay, at 2:00 am, we asked upon our arrival, and received the permission to stay at the lobby till our taxi arrives. As we returned to the hotel around 11:00pm, asking for our luggage, this employee explained us that it is not normal to sit in the lobby for 3 hours, while he fas free rooms upstairs. We teravel really a lot, and met different attitudes at hotels, but I cannot remember anything so shameful. Only after I asked if he was actually evicting us, he replied no, and repeated twice that it was not normal or acceptable. I really want to believe that this is an exception.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for four nights, conveniently located near the Polytechnic. The room, all services and breakfast were all of a high standard. The room temperature was set at 21 deg C (high coming from UK winter) which I changed daily to something lower, when I remembered to do so. As a result, I used the minibar for two tins of lemonade as became very thirsty. I realised there would be a charge but I could find no information as to what this would be. I suggest that at 5 Euro per tin (on an honesty basis) this charge is far too high a markup ie half this would have been acceptable. So I downgrade my rating from 5 star to 4 star.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in June, and the customer service really stands out from the rest. The staff is available and equally positive regardless of the time of day. I was a little unlucky with the AC in my room and had to change rooms initially, but the AC still didn't work there. A girl from the front desk came over several times and stayed until she made sure the problem was solved. On our early morning flight home, the receptionist on occasion helped us with a taxi during the night. He made sure we got coffee and breakfast to take away, even though we only had a few minutes before the taxi arrived. They helped us a lot with great advices for restaurants nearby as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing traditional Italian hotel, short walk from two metro stations Benini or Racconigi on Line one of the metro. All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially when we going to be delayed thanks to a long wait on our departure from London to recommending a nearby restaurant. The room was large, with a comfy bed, curtains and also exterior shutters ideal if you like your room dark. The bathroom was well equipped and just right. Breakfast was nice too with freshly made coffee to order and a selection of bread, meats and cheese along with pastries, cakes and cereals. It also had bacon and scrambled eggs if that’s more your thing. We would definitely stay again.

HHONGLUThe hotel is diagonally opposite Dora Station. very convenient. Not far from the two train stations, a few bus stops will do. Buses cost 2 Euros.
The front desk speaks English with Italian accents. We arrived late but the reception was still very nice.
The room was clean, drinks in the small refrigerator and the price list was on the bedside table. When you check out, she will ask you what you drank, and then check out together.
There are more types of hotel breakfast than other cheap hotels in Italy, and they taste good. There are many fruits, fruit salads, and green salads. There are more types of bread. Other toast cheese ham and scrambled eggs should be considered standard in the European buffet breakfast, and there is also a poached egg. Drinks, first milk and various coffees, orange juice. Yogurt and cereals.

Very good. It is very clean and tidy, although the equipment is a little bit old, which is acceptable. It is near the train station. It took us only about 2 min to walk there. The staff are very friendly. I will choose to stay at the same hotel if I go to Turin again in the future.
