But the hotel arranged for a more rigid stay. We booked four rooms through Trip.com and had already paid for the fee. However, due to Trip.com and third parties, the hotel said that it did not receive the room payment. At that time, we also drove for four or five hours. I tried to communicate with the hotel front desk. Can we arrange for us to check in first? I will communicate with Ctrip to deal with this matter at the same time, but the hotel is relatively rigid. I have to pay the room fee before I can handle it. I can't help but wait for Ctrip to communicate and deal with it. In addition, the price paid at the hotel front desk is cheaper than on Trip.com.
