Stayed here before our flight the next day ,parking was straight forward no problem lots cameras taking photos of car so if problem it's on camera great idea lots security cameras so again car safe . Booking in very quick and easy no problem there only problem was £50 taken out of bank as a just in case this was not returned for a week bit annoying. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean was great for us both . Parking for 15 days was included the price . Dinner was good the beefburgers where massive and tasty ,on return collection of car was 5 mins no problem there taxi to and from hotel by metro cabs was the best yet and cheap we will use again big thanks

I spent one night at the Europa and I wasn't very much I pressed considering the price of the room (almost £80). Here the issues I spotted: 1) Poor bus connection and time consuming (40 minutes) to and for the airport : number 100 is a bus with no racks for the luggages 2) At the bus stop no indications for the Hotel, so ease use an app to find out the hotel's direction 2) Room not very clean 3) Power sockets on the opposite wall compared to the sidebed's tables 4) Bathroom's fan dirty 5) Bathroom's sink ruined 6) very noisy Aircon in the room Positive has been the interaction with a Lady at the check-in and the taxi connection. I do believe that for approximately £80 the quality should improve: cleaner rooms and higher quality of the furniture. As mentioned, the staff was very nice and kind, but on a scale from 0 to 10 I would value my experience as 5-.

The room has no air conditioning and poor ventilation, which makes it a bit stuffy in summer. The air conditioning fan provided is a bit dirty. Dinner is unpalatable and expensive.

We checked in after midnight due to a late flight. We booked using a military rate and when we arrived at the room the seel on door was peeling off. The room we got placed in was 254, the lady who checked in in front of us was placed on the 3rd floor and told this was the ‘premium floor’. Our room was very old, the old dark wood furniture was scratched and dated. The bathroom was mouldy and there were marks on the surfaces and the room in general looked nothing like the photos on the website when we booked. We noticed a blood splatter on the wallpaper behind the old couch, however we were exhausted and up early for another flight so just went to bed, which was clean and comfy. When we woke up this morning we noticed the blood splatter was also over the mirror and up the wall. We told reception and we were given 50% off the room rate. Given the health and safety of this I felt this was poor however I also understand we should probably have told them as soon as we arrived last night and given them the opportunity to move us room. However given how prominent it was I’m not sure how cleaning missed it. On a positive note the staff were lovely, the breakfast was good apart from the hair that I pulled out my beans. I was exceptionally disappointed, this is the second courtyard by Marriott that I have stayed in recently that I have been disappointed with the cleanliness off. I would expect better from Marriott.

We have been staying at the Hotel for a few weeks now. After long hours at work, we just wanted to stay somewhere where we can disconnect with work, relax and connect with other people. Nevertheless, I would like to share with everyone that Bar attendant (James) would always go that extra mile to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Is not just about serving you a drink and taking orders. Excellent customer service by always interacting with customers, offering advice, friendly, accommodative making our staying very pleasant. This is a manor hotel, and it looks pretty good from the outside. I still want to pick something wrong: First of all, it is the hygiene problem. Cobwebs can be seen everywhere, in the corner of the bathroom, on the walls of the room, and even in the menu of the food delivery. I can't understand such a thing appearing in a so-called high-end hotel. Inside; the waiter is still quite polite, but I called the front desk from the room to arrange the wake-up service for me the next day... but it was not done for me; the restaurant is said to belong to Fine Dining, from the perspective of the breakfast... Healthy, Do what I want for me with intentions, not sloppy; the hotel is equipped with a so-called clubhouse, including a separate gym, swimming pool, changing room (but no sauna, steam), the equipment is not perfect; in addition, there is a leisure The restaurant in the hotel can be used by the guests of the health center, but the selection of coffee beans is not good; the hotel's main building and the rooms are quite stuffy, airtight, and have no air conditioning. The ¥1670 twin room with two breakfasts is not very spacious, there is no small refrigerator, the sound insulation is poor, and the walk outside the doorway can be heard clearly... and it is shocking; there are actually two English-style billiard tables downstairs in the restaurant of the main building for guests. Play, that's the only big highlight. You have to check out at 11 o'clock, which can be delayed for an hour, and then you need to charge 50 pounds, but it does not say how long this charge will last.
