The lady in the guest room wouldn’t let it go, so you started yelling at me. The hotel provides two free bottles. Mineral water, you have to pay after drinking it. The security uncle and I will explain it to you and confirm it. You and your husband yelled at me one after another and said that I didn’t listen. You don’t need to explain. You look down on me for buying it. Can't you afford these two bottles of water? Now bring me ten bottles of water. I will bring you ten bottles of water without saying a word. You took them out and put them in the car without paying, right? Your attitude of speaking, yelling and morally kidnapping me, you said don't look down on our people so much. My words show that I look down on you. You can't afford to pay two yuan. You were unwilling at the beginning of check-in. Booking online is expensive. Come to the hotel to see that membership prices are cheaper than online. You want me to upgrade you to a superior family room. I said I can upgrade you but you need to pay extra. The room type you booked does not meet the superior family room type. Come on, I already booked it so expensive. Why not? Upgrade me. The online ordering platform will deduct part of the commission to the hotel so the low price is not that high. It will be like your money goes directly into our account. Respect is for those who respect it, and everything is mutual. Secondly, our hotel is located in the city center, so it is convenient for eating and doing everything. Don't find big problems because of small problems.
