Turpan Hotels with Airport pickup service

The best hostel experience in China. The staff spoke English which is always appreciated in China. They offer a great variety of different tours and shared rides to sights in Tulufan. The common areas are cozy. The shared room was big and beds have curtains a d sockets!

Hotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.

Fortunately, the hardware is James' consistent standard. Nothing wrong with it. The parking lot signs are unclear and difficult to find. The front desk was a bit sensitive, and he gave some suggestions in a friendly manner, and he immediately became arrogant 😂. I feel like I cannot accept comments and suggestions at all. It is obviously a double bed, but there is no socket on the bedside, which is very inconvenient. In addition, the hotel has to pick up tour groups. There are a lot of elderly people making noise during breakfast, and it is difficult to find seats. Please choose carefully if you mind.

Went to Turpan from Urumqi and stayed at this hotel. The facilities are very new and the environment is good. There is a barbecue night market downstairs at night and Dawusu's draft beer. It was enjoyable. We stayed in a parent-child room with a large tatami. The children loved playing there. The husband and children enjoyed it. They all said that the big sofa was very comfortable. The children liked to read The Story of Lena Fox. I didn’t finish it and had to buy a book when I went back. Whether the breakfast in the hotel was rich or not was a matter of taste. My husband and I said it was okay. If the children didn’t like it, read the reviews. Customers said they would give their children gifts after leaving the hotel. Anyway, we don’t have a room. The hair dryer is a small smart home appliance from Dyson. It does not require additional plug-in cards and is quite convenient. There is a small detail in the design of the hotel that impressed me. The floor drain in the bathroom is not in the inside but in the bathroom. The sliding door has a gap so that after washing in the bathroom, the floor will not feel dirty. This is the only bathroom I have seen in the past ten days in Xinjiang with such a design. The sliding door that separates dry and wet areas has a slightly heavy damping and is the only one that makes me happy. What I don’t like is that the hotel requires a deposit when I check in. How old is this? I still need a deposit. I have already paid in full on Ctrip. Although I didn’t ask for it in the end, the feeling at the moment was really not good. Others were very satisfied with the barbecue on the night of check-in. The barbecue in the garden was delicious and the manager on duty that day was super dedicated! Like!

As at August 2022, there is daily mucelic acid testing in the park next to the hotel, from 08:20-11:00. Using the Xinjiang health code, I was able to get tested there (as a foreigner) and the results showed up on the app. So, I didn't need to go into a hospital. The hotel is also a short walk away from the museum and a main street with a lot of restaurants that seemed to be popular. Taxis regularly passed in front of the hotel (Didi took a while, in my experience). My room was wide and bright, including the toilet and shower. In fact, the entire hotel feels wide - the lobby, breakfast room, the carpark. The staff were all helpful, even with my poor Chinese and their limited English. The breakfast selection was fair, and everyone seemed to enjoy the food.

The B&B is located near Grape Valley, but it is a little off. The street lights are dim when driving to the hotel at night, almost non-existent, and it is a little inconvenient to travel. The handsome guy at the front desk of the B&B was very enthusiastic. He helped us with the luggage and sent us to the door of the room. He brought a plate of welcome fruit. Later, when he heard that we wanted to eat mulberries, he brought another large plate. The environment of the manor is superb. It is suitable for a daze here if you have plenty of time. I heard from the boss that this is also one of the attractions in Grape Valley. Unfortunately, the itinerary is full and there is no time to empty myself and walk slowly in the manor. The room environment is very good, especially the style of the B&B. The only drawback is that the amount of water for bathing is a bit small and the temperature is not high. When we left the store, the boss was very thoughtful. He sent us to the Turpan Museum and took us to pick some mulberries on the roadside. We tasted a few bites and occasionally had a slightly sweet meal. The boss said that the season has not arrived yet and it has just begun to mature. There are no seasonal fruits when we come, otherwise we can pick them by ourselves. Overall, it is still very good. Welcome everyone to stay. 👏

The extra large standard room is 40 square meters, it’s really amazing! The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there are many smart devices in the room. The air conditioning is powerful, which is especially important in Turpan, a place with a stove! The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Special praise is given to the front desk Abidan. Maizimaiti's service is particularly good. He ran up and down several times for invoices and meal coupons.

This is a hotel cultural base with many theme hotels, but I think Chitingyi is the most impressive and a holy place for taking photos. The hotel environment is good, the rooms are clean and sanitary, and the service staff are also very good. The entire park has a swimming pool, restaurant, various photo spots, multi-person bicycles, and children's sand pools, all of which are free and very good!

Booked a double bed room, the room is big enough, the daytime light is sufficient, the night lighting is good, there are electric plugs on both sides of the bed, charging is enough. The room is good, the environment is good, and the service is good. The restaurant downstairs has stir-fry, fast food, and buffet in the morning. The meal tastes good and clean. The hotel is very close to the train station, and the station can be seen from the window, which is convenient for travel. The most satisfying thing is that the room power supply is constantly electric, and the camera and mobile phone battery can be replenished in time, which is convenient for use.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus.
