Splendid excellent views Good location lots of amenities very good

Had a fantastic holiday at this wonderful place. It really is as beautiful as it looks. We stayed self-catering, in a 2 bed suite with sea view with our teenage daughter, the suite was perfect, larger than expected, immaculately clean and well equipped with everything needed (not that we did any cooking!) The aircon was fabulous and very much needed! The view from our balcony was breathtaking. As was the view from the pool and bar areas. The whole resort is quiet and beautifully kept. All of the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus throughout the day to take you down into Turunc and there is a small mini market next to reception for essentials. The pool area is perfect and we never had any trouble getting sunbeds. There is a lovely shaded bar area next to the pool and an in door pool with steam room, sauna and full shower/changing facilities right next to the outdoor pool. We ate lunch at the restaurant near the pool several times and the food was delicious. Most of our evenings were spent in Turunc itself which is a wonderfully relaxed and beautiful place. The locals are so friendly and welcoming, there are plenty of shops to browse and whilst the shop keepers were friendly and liked to chat they were not pushy and there was no pressure to buy anything. The area along the sea front is lined with a fantastic selection of restaurants, you really are spoilt for choice. There are lots of boats which run a variety of trips and easy to book. Turunc at night has a very chilled and relaxed vibe so if your looking for night clubs and all night partying this is not the place. For us it was perfect and everything we'd hoped for and definitely the most beautiful place we've been to. We've already booked again for next year!

We returned from Loryma yesterday and it was an amazing five day stay. The apartment we stayed in (218) had a stunning view and the resort is designed in a way that gives each apartment it's own space. The food was very nice, a hugely varied buffet breakfast and dinner - for dinner there are two options and a la carte restaurant or a buffet. Both reasonably priced. We also had a massage in the spa which was excellent. The hotel is away from the crowds, but a free shuttle bus runs to the seafront and village. We also met (and fed!) an adorable friendly feral cat who came to say hello mornings and evenings - we are really missing her! Thanks to everyone at the hotel for an enjoyable time!

Visited Turunç a few times before and last year stayed at Loryma purely by chance but had a lovely relaxing holiday. This year we returned for my partners birthday and nothing was too much trouble for the hotel or it's staff. It may be cliched but it truly felt like being greeted by friends. The rooms we stayed in are lovely, very roomy for the price paid and with utterly stunning views over the bay and village. Lots of storage room in the wardrobes and the kitchen/living room had everything we needed and more. All the staff, cleaners, waiters, reception staff etc are all friendly, the cleaner didn't speak any English but went onto translate on her phone to wish my partner a happy birthday which I thought was so sweet of her. Clean towels and bedding provided every other day. Pool towels available if you ask reception. The pool is a relatively large size with a fair number of sunbeds around it. No pool slides etc for kids but this hasn't seemed to be an issue for any of the families I've seen around the pool. There is a smaller shallower kids pool further up the site. Safe and air con in bedroom available at no extra charge. No AC in living room which in may/June this year wasn't an issue but we found the living room in July last year got very hot. The hotel is up the hill from the village. Last year we used taxis (which weren't expensive), taxi boats or the dolmuş when we wanted to get around. This year we hired a car and there is plenty of free parking by the reception building which is really useful. All in all. An amazing visit. However if you have mobility issues this may not be the hotel for you due to steps to pool/rooms. Thank you so much to everyone, have a fantastic season and hopefully see you next year 😊
