My partner booked me this holiday as a suprise and boy we were in for a very rude awakening. This holiday was booked from 12th to the 19th with love holidays. We arrived to Ozcan beach hotel at around 1am after a very very long day. We were shown to our room which was not the seat view room we booked the receptionist who showed us the room could not leave the room quick enough. This was because the room was absolutely abysmal. The shower was mouldy and falling apart, exposed wires coming through the roof and room, roof was falling down, there was someone’s else’s hair all over the floor and in the shower, the room didn’t even have a kettle, cups or tea etc. the pictures were absolutely nothing like what nightmare we had walked into. I never leave a review but this caused a lot of distress for us both especially with also being pregnant. We also didn’t realise there was 2 buildings one across the road. We politely complained to which we were shown other rooms and told we couldn’t move till the next day. We moved into another room where again it was absolutely awful. We were told we could not see the manager till the next day at 9am. We attempted to ring love holidays where they had no care in the world not taking myself being pregnant into consideration and that also the hotel was not fit to even sleep in. We had to endure the night where I slept in my clothes not even brushing my teeth or even wanting to lie on the pillow. I felt so unwell as by this point it was about 4am where I just spent the night crying myself to sleep as no one was helping us we felt so lost and didn’t know what to do. We came down the next day to speak to the manager at 9am where we were then told 11am. We came back at 11am where again the manager was nowhere to be seen because he was hiding in the office which I think is absolutley disgusting and cowardly. They should be not be a manager at all instead be in a job where they aren’t in a job role where they have to speak to people. We could moved over the road to the another room and again hair all over the floor, yes the shower was better but still absolutely vile. There was food over the floor, the decor was so outdated, mouldy, no hot water and falling apart. I didn’t even open my suitcase. We decided that if we wanted to enjoy our holiday before our baby was born hence why the holiday was booked, we needed to move holidays to which we then paid for another hotel on top of what we had already paid for an all inclusive holiday. Ozcan beach hotel is a scam and do not be fooled by the pictures at all. The only nice part about it is the location and the beach. It lets itself down. The manager could have sorted this out for us but didn’t even want to bother as he clearly has no care for his customers instead sat on his **** in the office. Очень удачно расположен, удобно до любой точки в Турунче. Хороший вид на море. Рядом все магазины, аптека. Заселяться лучше в корпус через дорогу, где ресепшн, номера на 3 этаже после ремонта! Загорать можно до 17.30, потом солнце заходит за гору. Море чистое, люди добрые, природа шикарная!!! Экскурсии рекомендую брать у Аманды, если выходить из основного корпуса (где ресепшн) , то идете через дорогу, в следующем доме слева от парикмахерской. Называется Destination Turunc Turizm. Она не говорит по русски, но даже с минимальным знанием английского все понятно. Цены в разы ниже, чем у наших туроператоров!!! Ездили 5 бухт и Дальян. Понравилось всем!

This hotel has a lovely location right on the beach sadly it is very rundown and the bar staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met in any hotel or any bar restaurant I’ve ever met in Turkey so we’ll done guy’s you are the best at being the rudest 12/10 Would I recommend it well that’s up to you would I give them my money again definitely not. Put me off Turunc slightly but then again you are always going to come across a couple of …. Food very average

Схватили горящую Турцию, посмотрели отель - чистенько. И я и подруга первый раз ехали в 3*, поэтому приготовили себя к максимально спартанским условиям. По факту. Мармарис и Турунч отделяет адский серпантин. Но если ехать на машине, а не на длинном автобусе - все очень даже комфортно. Природа и вид - шикарный. Расположение Оз-Джана максимально выгодно. В шаговой доступности кафешки, магазинчики, продуктовый магазин в том же здание, Мигрос - в конце улицы. Попали на закрытие сезона, поэтому с едой было очень грустно. На ужин пару-тройку раз сходили в кафе - отлично. Завтрак можно поесть в JOJO (для отдыхающих в Оз-Джане скидка) Мы ехали за солнцем и морем - мы его получили. Очень мягкое солнце в октябре. Вечером стоило бы одеть ветровку. Попали на один день дождей, но вечером просто уехали в Мармарис танцевать. В один день были без света. Но сказали это проблема самого Мармариса. Как только там отключают - и в поселках нет его. Персонал отеля англоговорящий. Вцелом - хорошо. Природа, атмосфера собой перекрыли все минусы.

Bina aslında çok güzel dizayn edimiş, konak gibi. Ancak aradan geçen dönemde o kadar bakımsız bırakılmış ki odalar berbat durumda. Lavaboların yerleşmiş çirkin bir kokusu var odaya da yayılıyor. Temizlik anlamında otel sıfır. Bildiğiniz 0. Sadece çarşaflar katlanıp düzeltiliyor, alın size temizledik. Duş giderindeki, klozet üstündeki kılları odaya yerleştiğinizde kendiniz temizlemek zorundasınız. Terlik vs aramayın bulamayacaksınız. Yanınıza full dolu powerbank getirin, odadan çıktığızda elektriğin kesileceğini düşünürseniz odadaki tek prizle mevcut aletleri şarj etmek zor olacak, eğer tatilinizi odada geçirmeyecek yada geceleri şarj değişim nöbeti tutmayacaksanız.

Turunç'a ilk defa gittim. Sakin ve huzurlu tatil isteyenlere kesinlikle öneririm. Otelin konumu oldukça iyi. Otelin plajının olduğu deniz çok temiz ve çok güzel. Sabahın erken saatlerinde akşama kadar deniz hiç kirlenmedi.Biz denizi çok sevdik. Fakat deniz taşlık. Bu bizim için önemli olmadı ama sizler için önemli olabilir. Plaj oldukça güzel fakat yeterli şezlong, şemsiye oladığı için sorun yaşadık. Şöyle ki Rus turistler çok erken kalkıp çoğu yeri tuttuğu için sabah 6'da kalkıp yer ayırmak zorunda kaldık. :) Bu biraz sıkıntıydı. Oteli denize sıfır sanıyorduk fakat otel 2 ayrı binadan oluşuyor. Bizim odamız sahilden uzak olan binadaydı. Sahile, bara ve yemek alanına inmek için yoldan karşıya geçmek gerekti. Önce bir şaşırdık ama sorun olarak bildirmedik.Kısa sürede alıştık. :) Öğle ve akşam yemekleri genelde iyiydi. Aç kalmazsınız. Fakat kahvaltı oldukça kötüydü. Bardan istediğiniz zaman içecek alabiliyorsunuz. Bu çok iyi. Yalnız sular kapalı şişede verilmiyor. Her defasında çalışan arkadaşa şişeyi ya da bardağı doldurmak gerekiyor. İlk duyduğumda çok saçma geldi. Pandemi döneminde şişelerin ağızlarının musluğa değdiğini görünce otelin hemen altındaki şoktan su aldık. Her şey dahil otelde bu şekilde su doldurma bana saçma geldi. Bana göre olması gereken açılmamış şişelerden müşterilerin kendi sularını alması. Bu şekilde bardaki arkadaşlar da bu kadar yorulmazdı. Oteldeki çalışan genç arkadaşlar gerçekten çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Özellikle bardaki arkadaşlar gece 11'e kadar çalışıyorlar. Teşekkürler tekrardan. Tuvaletler çok kokuyor. Özellikle akşamları giderlerden gelen çok kötü koku odaya yayılıyor. Onun için oda parfüm rica ettik verdiler. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. 5 günde 3 defa çarşaf, havlu değişimi oldu. Bu konuda hiç sorun yaşamadık. Odada terlik ve bone yoktu. Biz talep etmedik ama her şey dahil konseptte olması gerekliydi bence. Klima ile ilgili de sorun yaşadık hemen yardımcı oldular. Отель требует реновации и вложение средств. Расположение отеля идеальное, для морского отдыха без забот, вполне подойдет всем категориям туристов- семьям, молодёжи и т.д.. Море шикарное, красивейшее и чистейшее, вход пологий, мелкая галька с песком, у отеля свой пирс с бесплатными лежаками и навесом, свой пляж с зонтами и шезлонгами. Рядом вся инфраструктура- супермаркет (фрукты, мороженное), бары-караоке, аптека (очень советую турецкие лекарства, нет подделок точно), обменный пункт (в отеле курс обмена плохой, меняйте валюту рядом с отелем- в пункте проката или турагентстве, получится выгоднее), морское такси в Мармарис -155 лир каждый час отправляется. Там же у причала продаются экскурсии по островам Эгейского моря- очень советую- великолепная поездка на корабле 7-8 часов с купанием на диких пляжах, обедом и напитками- 15$ (500лир), алкоголь можно с собой, кому нужно- мы брали в Дьюти фри (в Даламане самый дешёвый Дьюти фри). На корабле все есть- душ, туалет, раздевалки, музыка. Oz-can - по моему мнению один из лучших отелей Турунча цена-качество, твёрдая 4*, не смотря на имеющиеся минусы. Плюсы- расположение на берегу моря, вид на море из ресторана и много свободных мест при полной заполняемости отеля, доброжелательность персонала, качество продуктов в ресторане: выбор не большой, но все вкусно, мяса почти нет- в основном курица, иногда рыба. Завтрак стандартный+ около бассейна - омлет и панкейки. Из фруктов - арбуз, яблоки. В баре хорошего качества на все включено - виски, текила, пиво, вино, кола, спрайт и прочее. Вкусный кофе и горячий шоколад в аппарате. Рядом в ресторане JoJo скидка гостям отеля -15%, указано на браслетах- все чего не хватало из еды в отеле заказывали в ресторане JoJo - морепродукты, большую рыбную тарелку ассорти (фиш плато как в Греции-1200лир), мясо, пиццу- официанты JoJo все принесут вам на обед или ужин в ресторан отеля, очень удобно и вкусно. По вечерам музыка, в основном турецкая, но мы привезли свою колонку и прекрасно наслаждались любимой музыкой с видом на чудесное Эгейское море. Если ехать компанией- то отдых будет замечательный. Мимо отеля проходит променад вдоль моря, много кафешек, есть куда прогуляться, понравились ресторанчики на берегу моря со свечами рядом с отелем, можно сходить у кого романтическая поездка, точно запомнится. Кондиционер справлялся, все хорошо. Минусы- холл отеля убитый, номера в основном корпусе с ресепшен- жесть, не очень поняли прикола- новая мебель и пошарпанные стены и обои, убогая мебель на балконе, страшные санузлы с замурованным в стену душем и феном из 30-х годов прошлого века, страшно было им пользоваться, и удивило отсутствие в мусульманской стране гигиенического душа, уже о биде и не говорю. Двери душевой кабины того и гляди отвалятся во время приема душа. Так как лейка душа замурована в стену, то прежде надо включить воду- закрыть двери кабины чтобы не лилось, подождать пока стечёт холодная вода и только потом когда вода в душе нагреется отрегулировать ее и попробова
