The bed was HORRIBLE!! So bad that although we have a reservation here on our return trip that we might just forget it and go someplace else. If you like sleeping on concrete, this place will suit you fine!!

I would recommend sure stay to anyone ,I'm in a very hard time right now I'm in stage 4 bone cancer and struggling to get to my dr and staying out of town for my treatments and God always is working through people and yesterday I met a angel God was looking out for me please go if you want a safe,clean , homie friendly and amazing service please go to sure stay in Tuscaloosa and see Mr.HueyHarris he was a angel and don't realize how much of a blessing he was hands down the best man I have met in the long time so stop reading and go check in the sure stay you will not regret it.and tell Mr.Huey Harris i said hello

Whenever I need a getaway this is always hotel to go. Service is fast and great. It’s always peaceful and quiet. The customer service is top tier and housekeeping keep the room tidy up. They offer hot breakfast. Overall the hotel is great. So if you ever looking for somewhere to stay choose here.

Our family of four stayed here overnight on a road trip. There was plenty of friendly staff to welcome us in. Our room was clean, comfortable, and we got a good night's rest. In the morning, the free breakfast offered eggs, bacon, yummy breakfast taquitos, and plenty of other options, including hot coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay with Sure Stay and Huey. The upmost excellent customer service. All the employees, front desk and cleaning staff were very welcoming! Everything was clean and ready for me. I will be staying here on all my trips to tuscaloosa!

The manager, Huey Haris, is an egotistical and pathological liar. He treats his staff poorly under the facade of quality customer service. He bribes reviewers with an exception for their deposit if they leave good reviews. He disregards the opinions and requests of his staff. He is verbally and emotionally abusive. He is culturally insensitive both to guests and staff. He stereotypes guests and forces his staff to abide by that prejudice under the fear of being verbally assaulted. He runs his business on greed and intolerance. This is the worst run hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of being a 'guest".|

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. That's the hi points of this hotel. all amenities were either broken or non existent. The ice maker was broke. had been for a long time. The breakfast gave me diarrhea. The ATM was broke. The internet was slow as dial-up. The room smelled musty. The walls were so thin, we could hear adjoining room conversations.
