Good Stop. Elevator smelled funny but thats irrelevant.Good Room very comfortable I do not understand the TV placement. The breakfast was OK the egg on the sandwich is like a sponge, I LOVE THE AREA its very close to the university and RAMA JAMA. All in all good place

Room was nice , the checking guy was very helpful. The room was very clean, they had a snack session 5-7 it had some great items, and the breakfast was great. The INTERNET SERVICE WAS AWFUL, it was strong but would not connect to the web. It would override my hot spot, and kick it off, but would not open the web.

We were traveling to visit our daughters family and made a quick overnight stop here, The rate was great and like to stay at Marriott (my sister work for corporate for a long time). The hotel was clean and the staff was great! But my one complaint and the reason for the 3 star was the bed was awful. I have never been in a Marriot hotel where the bed was so uncomfortable I actually went to the sofa for a while in the middle of the night. i used to love a Marriot bed but now I am not sure where I stand. We left too early for breakfast but the coffee was great!

Check-in was easy. Staff was very nice. Our room was beautiful and clean. We had a suite.... which offered tons of space and lots of nice amenities! Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again!!!

This place is unbelievable. Received a phone call from front desk at 2:30 IN THE MORNING because the person who signed me in put the wrong information on the computer, therefore someone else received an email saying someone stole his information. After discovering that it was a hotel error they also told me that I was charged the wrong rate and it should’ve been less. I requested a full refund as I couldn’t get back to sleep. Not only did I NOT get a refund, I didn’t even get the refund for the overpayment. I guess they need the money more than I do. UNREAL

We have stayed at many many Spring Hill Suites & they’re usually excellent. However, this one was truly disgusting at breakfast. There were spilled drinks all over the floor in 3 different areas that weren’t cleaned up; people had to walk in it. There were cigarette butts on the floor. The scrambled eggs were not cooked completely. They were out of a lot of food even an hour and half before closing. No effort was made to maintain the area.

Came for graduation weekend. The hotel and rooms are nice and clean. Great room layout with a big closet and storage space. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly. Will stay again if in the area. Great location.

Location is not ideal for UA football game or visit but the hotel itself as fine. Really not a lot close by without driving someplace. Staff provided friendly service. Our room needed a little TLC and the window AC unit was a challenge. Not sure we’d return. Prefer a location closer to campus and/or downtown area.
