We had organized a corporate get together in SRM - Tuticorin. Nicely arranged all decoration & food as per our expectations. We are very satisfied with the team SRM. Special thanks to Mr. Justin & his team for their continuous support to make our celebration successful in all respects.

The accommodation, staff and food was excellent. The location was good. The staffs was very cooperative and helpful. Also they have arrangement if you want to go anywhere.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a wonderful New Year dinner experience 🎉🍽️ at SRM Hotel. There was a great variety of dishes with a well-presented buffet, and the food was delicious 😋. Desserts were the highlight of the evening 🍰🍨. The festive décor added a perfect holiday vibe 🎄✨. We stayed at the hotel, and the overall experience was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the massage service—it was very relaxing and professionally done, a perfect way to unwind. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout 👏🙂. And also special thank you for Dipil Kumar.. Highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful, serene, and relaxing stay with our family at your hotel. The sea-view room enhanced our experience, offering beautiful views and a peaceful ambiance. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The morning buffet breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with a wide variety of options, including a live counter serving hot dosa varieties, omelettes, and more. We especially appreciated the special attention given to our request for hot ginger tea. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Dilip for his proactive support and prompt care in ensuring all our needs were met throughout our stay. Our appreciation also goes to Ms. Illakiya and the entire restaurant and hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality, warmth, and attentive service. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

Rooms are good and clean, Receptionist, Room services staffs are caring and friendly. Food is good, many varieties, I satisfied during my 2 months stay. Restuarant front face staffs karthik, aishvarya, diya, ilakiya are kind and caring. Transportation services are good.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel and the staff were accomodative and courteous in general. Particularly at the restaurant Kanaga Aishwarya and Devadarshini, whom we chided as DD were pleasing and prompt. Every one including the Chef made the stay a nice one. It was a memorable Onam and we partook the Sadya upon their insistence and it was tasty too
