DISHONEST IMAGES on TRIP APP
1. when i checked in the hotel address booked in advance, the receptionist directed to the other Royal hotel nearby which was 3stars, not 4 stars as stated. They said it was due to low hotel rate booked. App and actual is different. App is 4 stars and exact address and didnt say there was 3star hotel instead. It seemed like tricking customers.
2. Booking is triple room but in fact twin room.
Please just post exact information so as not to confuse customers.

Belle chambre. Spacieuse et confortable. Salle de bains avec baignoire mais non utilisable pour bains, juste douche, peu pratique et inondation assurée autour ! Le buffet petit-déjeuner est assez moyen, pas de jus frais. Oeufs cuits d'avance mais café correct, pain, beurre, charcuterie et bien sûr toute la base d'un buffet local, riz, phô, etc. Pour 600k très bon rapport qualité prix, avec terrasse au 17ème étage, restaurant au 16 et buffet au 15. Vue superbe sur la ville à 360. Pas de service bagages à la réception. Dommage. Pratique peu appréciée, ils demandent à payer d'avance ! Ou vous laissez votre passeport. Frigo bruyant, j'ai débranché pour être tranquille.
