Stephanie is very nice, so I feel bad writing a negative review, but I want to warn others. I had to leave the inn at 10 PM on the very first night I was supposed to stay there; in other words, I didn't even make it one night, in very cold weather, and searched for a place to stay as it was too late to drive all the way home. I don't feel comfortable with a couple of alarming things happening there. The reason I left is that a permanent resident is living in the room next to the one I was put in (after booking a different room) and he is very sick and was literally hawking loogies, and coughing so loudly even two-five minutes that I couldn't work or have any chance of relaxing or sleeping. This is not cool. No one escapes the city for the mountains to be put into that situation. It turns out he recently had COVID-19 or still has it or something, I don't know, but now, on top of not being able to work, which is why I was there, or sleep, and having to drive around in the dark to find a new place, I have to worry about getting covid. It really sucks. On the other side of me, the room I had carefully chosen, there is another "resident" who lives there. So, I was put between a super sick person and another resident. It felt icky when I was told on the phone that I was moved because this room was nicer than the one I chose only to find out that someone is literally living in there. SIGH And, while Stephanie is great to chat with and was, again, very nice. There was a huge issue with the heat, which kept blasting in my room even when it was off. The heat vent is directly above the desk-workspace, so it made it hard to work, but I was prepared to deal with it until hours of hacking, coughing, and hawking loogies happened, which was like torture. I went up there to relax and rejuvenate and to do some writing, only to be put in a really bad situation that the innkeeper had known about all along. First of all, the room I originally requested should not be listed if someone lives in it. And no one should be put near anyone still coughing from a recent bought of COVID-19. It's dangerous. The noise was beyond inconsiderate. I didn't even get a refund for the night I was there until 10 pm in a really bad situation, but did get a refund for the second night. I got no sleep after having to drive around late at night, and then my trip up there was cut short and I had to drive home. As well, the WiFi is sketchy at best. The only good thing about it was the massage with Sarah, but when I got the confirmation email when I booked, it was offered at $85, and then I was charged $95; that's frustrating. Stephanie is a sweet lady who I enjoyed chatting with but the whole operation is so unorganized and unprofessional. It was like staying at a relatives. Uncomfortable in every possible way. There was no way to work or relax, and I was put into a dangerous situation being next to someone who either has COVID-which it seems he does with th
