London Twickenham Stadium Hotel, a Member of Radisson Individuals Reviews

I booked this hotel as a gift for family during a rugby match. The hotel failed to locate our booking, they then attempted to charge my family again despite me prepaying online, they eventually put my family in a room but not the family room with 2 double beds that I had paid for, instead they put them in a disabled room with one bed forcing a 15yr old boy to share with his grandma. The hotel acknowledges their mistake but failed to compensate us and instead only offered us the discounted price for the room they gave us. Caused unnecessary stress and downgraded customers who were not happy. Not good management of a hotel. Location is obviously ideal, room was clean and tidy and it’s great for rugby fans and those attending matches. It’s just disappointing about the service we received and the hotels failure to acknowledge and compensate appropriately. One positive was the SA rugby team were also in the hotel!

Very good breakfast and the formation bar is wonderful for gathering and drinks. Room is big and clean and the view are really good from those large windows.

The mattress was dented.. Super nice.. I not enjoyed

We have stayed a few times at this hotel good size room 10 minute walk to the t statin and town. breakfast is good. Good size car park

Great hotel which is built into Twickenham Rugby stadium. Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. I stayed there when there was a game on that I attended with more than 76000 others. The hotel was very busy but they dealt with it well. I will certainly stay again, as I have done in the past.

Very good customer service.

The room was comfortable and very clean. Good location. You can travel by bus, train and tube easily from hotel. However, some power in room doesn’t working.

It is a good place for family as it has a great facilities and the location is fantastic.

Really enjoyed my stay there, staff were lovely and room was super clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool/spa. The only downside is that the car park is around 5-7 min walk from the hotel, other than that I can’t fault it. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, very modern. The reception area smelled amazing! Had complimentary fresh cookies which was a nice touch when checking in. Room was very clean and had everything you could need. Only a short taxi ride to nearest tube station. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was delicious. A fabulous stay.

Top favourite place to go. Love the service all together, very friendly staff and the superior suite is just amazing.

Just 10 min walk to Twickleham Station and there are Supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The signages to car park is not very clear and we couldn’t find it in the beginning. So we had stopped our car outside the main entrance and asked the front desk staff for direction. Good to know that there is an indoor swimming pool but you need to go out of the hotel and go to the fitness centre next to it. My kids were happy because they were offered a colour pack when checking out.
