Just got back from a trip to Yên Tử Village with some friends, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. This place is like stepping back in time into an old Vietnamese village, surrounded by the beautiful Yên Tử Mountain. One of the highlights was getting to wear traditional Vietnamese outfits. It felt like we were cosplaying, becoming part of the old village life. Walking around in those costumes really added to the immersive experience, making us feel connected to the history and culture. The village itself is so peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. We spent our days exploring traditional crafts, learning about local customs, and just enjoying the serene atmosphere. The staffs were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a unique and relaxing getaway, I highly recommend visiting Yên Tử Village. It’s a hidden gem where you can experience Vietnam’s rich heritage and natural beauty firsthand.

Very poor service, no proper check in information, only breakfast time mentioned, all other information had to ask by myself. In general all staff needs proper training how to talk to guests. Not just answers like robots. While waiting for checkin (arrived before checkin time) asked if we can chill at the pool after lunch, staff answered immediately “it is hot there.”well that’s why we want to chill at the pool. During whole stay no one asked how is our experience. One time during busy dinner foreigner manager came to our table and asked only “are you guys well take care of?” I answered it’s ok. He didn’t bother to ask more. It was during dinner when glass of wine and tonic water arrived 20 minutes after it was ordered. Salad was finished already, my sandwich was wrong, they forgot about chicken. After telling it to the staff they just add few slices of cold chicken in club sandwich. Waitress My did good job, but they don’t have enough staff and she can’t take care of everything. Other restaurant staff don’t speak much English. When I ordered few slices of cheese for breakfast they did omelet with cheese. Next day was breakfast buffet due to higher occupancy with good variety of food, but quality is average for Mgallery. One more issue, our first night was not that busy since next day they did not do buffet for breakfast but a la care with few choices. They put us in the room next to family with little babe who was crying all the time. Rooms are not sound proof you can hear everything. I called reception and asked to move the room. Staff was friendly and confirmed that they can change it, but there was no apology, only “ok we will change your room”. The worst part was that when we were getting ready to change room housekeeping lady enter the room with own key. She said “housekeeping” and the same time opened the door, which is not acceptable. She didn’t seems to understand that she did something wrong. She wanted to check the room since we will be moving to other room. I was shocked. In general it looks like whole facility is left to run by staff without proper training and guest experience. Facility is great and could be amazing stay, overall wasn’t. Good points: apricot liquor cocktail was good, vegetarian curry was good, My waitress tired her best and very friendly, chef Hieu also very friendly person.

We had planned on staying at this hotel for just a couple of nights but extended our stay and then returned later in our trip as it was so fantastic. The beautiful hotel is situated in a lovely, landscaped area of Hai Phong with many restaurants and a mall just a short walk away. The rooms were large, very clean and quiet. They also have a balcony where there are tables and chairs. The breakfast - included in the price of our room - was excellent with a wide choice of foods. What really makes this hotel stand out is the incredible service given by all the staff; especially those working on reception. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and researched and found solutions for our travel plans. This hotel is a real gem, do visit if you can.

Facilities: Older, but there are some. The supplies are better and meet the 4-star standard. Hygienic: very clean, cleaned every day, daily necessities are in place. Environment: very beautiful and quiet, there is a courtyard in the middle, more private. Located in the city, easy to get in and out, and convenient to eat out. Service: Very good. The front desk and service staff will speak English.

And the staff are a bit weak in English~^^;;;; There were even some people who kept speaking in Vietnamese haha. Communication is not good.. ~^^;;; Can't use the lounge bar...closes early... The swimming pool is very nice~~ Divided into children and adults ~~^^ I was worried because I was short, but the depth of the water was 1.4m, so it was okay for me, who can't swim. First of all, it was clean ~^^ Since we were in the same gym, the gym staff accepted the towels we used ~~^^ Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was worth eating. Do you wish there was a little more to eat?? Compared to other hotels, there are a lot of things to eat lightly, but there are fewer dishes than expected ~~^^;;; The coffee is really delicious haha. Dishes like rice noodles are dangerous, so I'm so glad they brought it to my seat ~~^^ It's a bit disappointing that Netflix isn't available...YouTube is available haha. Smartly, the hotel renewal was shown very well on TV. The water pressure is really good. It's nice that it's like a chair to sit on in the shower room. ~~♡♡ I hope it becomes a high-quality hotel with a little more time👍

The hotel has a Chinese-speaking front desk. Check-in is very convenient and the service staff are very polite. It is suitable for people who speak Chinese.

The room is very clean and the service is first-class. The beautiful woman at the front desk can communicate in English. She also introduced the surrounding supermarkets. There is a very large supermarket called GO. It is great to eat, drink coffee and tea nearby, and even eat barbecue. There is a seafood shop next to it. The seafood fried rice is super delicious. I didn't order anything else after my meal. I guess I can't go wrong because it's next to the seafood market. In the evening, there are many locals there. By the way, the boss and his wife are also very nice. What I need to say is that the price is definitely affordable. I don’t care about breakfast. It’s good to have a bowl of clean noodles and a baguette. Of course, it’s a different matter to pick earlier. If I have the opportunity to go to Haiphong in the future, I will stay here with my family. Don't spray
