Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό με καινούργια έπιπλα. Η πρόσβαση και στα δωμάτια και στον χώρο του πρωινού είχε πολλές σκάλες δυσκολεύοντας όσους έχουν κινητικά προβλήματα. Η πρόσβαση σε άτομα με αμαξίδια είναι αδύνατη. Τα δωμάτια του πρώτου ορόφου που θεωρητικά είναι sea view, μόνο αυτό δεν είναι καθότι έχουν μπροστά πεύκα που σου απαγορεύουν πλήρως την θέα στην θάλασσα. Το χειρότερο απ'όλα είναι το μπάνιο. Είναι τόσο μικρό που δυσκολεύεσαι όχι μόνο να κάνεις μπάνιο (ακόμα και άτομα μικρών διαστάσεων) αλλά ακόμη και να χρησιμοποιήσεις την τουαλέτα (δεν υπερβάλλω καθόλου). Το πρωινό ήταν απαράδεκτο και φτωχό. Ο καφές δεν πινόταν, τα φαγώσιμα του πρωινού λιγοστά και οι πίτες (που ήταν αυτές που ήταν λίγο καλύτερες) ήταν μόνο γι'αυτούς που φτάναν νωρίς για πρωινό, καθότι μόλις τελείωναν τα λίγα κομμάτια που υπήρχαν, δεν συμπληρωνόντουσαν. Το προσωπικό ήταν αρκετά εξυπηρετικό αλλά αυτό δεν φτάνει να καλύψει τα προβλήματα του ξενοδοχείου. Δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα για κανένα λόγο

We had a lovely time in the hotel. The view from the room and the rooftop was amazing. The breakfast was fresh and a variety of products. The staff friendly and helpfull. The room was nice and very clean. We could certainly recommanded this hotel in Tyros.

Chambre peu confortable, vue limitée malgré la vue mer promise, salle d'eau minuscule et mal conçue, petit déjeuner moyen, le tout pour un prix nettement plus élevé que des nuitées précédentes et suivantes dans d'autres adresses similaires.

Forte déception . Ne vaut pas son prix . Chambre médiocre . Douche mini impossible de se doucher sans inonder la toilette . Accueil peu professionnel. Déjeuner médiocre ( sur très belle terrasse ) . Le spa = un bain à bulle sur la terrasse qui ne semble guère utilisé . Ne donne pas envie de le tester . Bref Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est . Je déconseille absolument .

Quest'anno è cambiata la gestione, e non è stato un bene. La struttura ha un solo punto forte, la posizione sul lungomare di Tiros, conun bel panorama. Rispetto all'anno scorso la colazione è peggiorata tantissimo. Pochissima scelta, il cibo presentato male, niente di caldo, l'espresso a pagamento. Noi veniamo in questo albergo da 3 anni e ricordo piccole pizze al formaggio, spinaci, sfogline con la crema e crepes, sfornate in continuazione dalle due velocissime ragazze che sbrigavano tutto col sorriso sulle labbra. Ora la tristezza assoluta. Non è così che si fa in un 3 stelle. Peggiorato anche il servizio spiaggia, lettini abbandonati in maniera disordinata, molti vecchi e rotti. Prima ogni sera scendeva qualcuno a rimettere la spiaggia in ordine. Sinceramente per noi è stato l'ultimo anno, non torneremo.

Very clear rooms and very friendly all of them during our stay even on the check out time they let us leaving later after our swimming at the beach!!! we slept at night listening the waves and feeling the summer breeze,we had also a tasty breakfast on the terrace Thank you very much , hope to visit you again.
