When I arrived, my room did have a small issue which happens, but the front desk person resolved it straight away, so it was only a minor inconvenience. The breakfast selection is nice with many breakfast sandwiches along with the standard fruit, cereal and yogurts. The staff was super friendly. The stand out is the shuttle service. Dale is just awesome. He helped me get where I needed to go and was great conversation along the way. This amenity is worth the stay alone as it saved me time and money on uber trips.

Experience was over all good. While the metro is a walkable distance with a 5 and 7 year old a but much. Dale the driver took us to the metro each day and explained to us how to ride and get downtown to to sites, he was great. Rooms are a little tight but still okay for 4 people.

Dale is the most courteous, respectful and accommodating shuttle driver I have had the pleasure of meeting. He always made sure passengers were comfortable and safe! He exhumes the best customer service by going out of his way! I give him a 10+ star rating!

I have stayed here several times in the last year and the Staff is always willing to assist and provide a high lever of service! The morning food service has been top notch and provides a wide variety of selections. Dale the shuttle driver is polite and provides a timely value added service to this hotel. The facility is nice and well kept.

The hotel is clean and well kept. Not overly flashy, but comfortable. The room had a fridge/freezer with an ice maker and anything you'd need for a slightly longer stay. The shower and bathroom are updated and have good water pressure. The AC unit works well, though it is a little loud at times. The personal chauffeur, Dale, is very personable and always helpful in getting me to where I need to be. He adds a personal touch by giving children cups, coloring books, etc.

Shuttle Service, Dale the "personal Chauffer" was awesome, he was courteous and professional. Overall, The staff are nice both at the Reception and the restaurant. For breakfast, I had a special request as I do not handle cheese and meat, the lady was kind enough to prepare a fresh sandwich to accommodate my request!

Dale the shuttle driver at Residence Inn Tysons is a breath of fresh air. He is incredibly friendly and informative and always happy to help. During a long business trip, it is really nice to encounter someone that enjoys their job and enjoys people.

Dale was a FANTASTIC driver for my colleagues and me during a week-long business trip. He went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get to and from our meetings on time, and his energy was contagious. I'm not a morning person, but his positivity and kindness turned around my day each morning.

Nice 3 days stay in the hotel because we had business meetings close by. Room are big with sufficient space to work as well. Breakfast is basic but good enough. I really liked Dale who was driving us in his shuttle bus to our meeting location each day. Very good and nice driver.
