Great hotel in the historic center of Úbeda. Tricky to arrive by car, but they have their own garage for a little extra. The rooms are great and spacious. Bathroom is perfectly equipped. Their pool area is nice and helpful to cool down on a Spanish hot afternoon. Personnel was always friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

It is a good hotel in general, spacious and comfortable rooms, very good location and very close to the historic centre, friendly staff, it has parking, although limited to the width and length of the car because it is accessed by a car lift, for food we only had the buffet breakfast and it was good within the normal range. It has a swimming pool although only in season. It is the second time we have stayed overnight in this hotel on the way to the Andalusian coast, ideal for relaxing, having a drink and/or tasting one of its numerous tapas and food in any of its bars and/or restaurants, and admiring a multitude of buildings and monuments since Úbeda is a World Heritage Site.

Hotel céntrico, personal super amable, comida como si estuvieras en tu casa, los camareros muy agradables, servicio de taxi para subirte las maletas ya q el autobús no entra al centro histórico, lo califico de 10 ,llegas a todos los sitios super rápido ya q esta a 350 metros del centro de la ciudad de Ubeda

Tengo que reconocer que,después de solucionar un problema de ruidos en la habitación, la estancia ha sido estupenda!! Si bien no es un hotel con encanto, sí hay que destacar la simpatía y el buen hacer de los trabajadores. En todo momento nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidos y se agradece.

A decent hotel located in the historic centre of Úbeda. When the reservation was made by phone, parking for two vehicles was requested, STATING THAT THEY WERE EIGHT-SEAT VANS. Upon arrival we found out that we could not park at the hotel because the vehicles access the car park via an elevator that does not accommodate vans. The location of the hotel on a narrow street in the old town, with the legitimate passage of neighbours' vehicles, turned the operation of disembarking occupants, luggage and leaving the street again to look for parking into unspeakable chaos. The same thing happened the following morning to load up at the exit of the hotel. The establishment, at the risk of losing the stay, should have warned of the problem and did not do so. Very bad.

Palazzo storico nel cuore di UBEDA, arredato con mobili d'epoca ma perfettamente restaurati. La stanza è enorme con un letto matrimoniale, costituito da due, materassi altissimo e durissimo, OTTIMO. Pasamos un par de noches aprovechando una oferta que encontramos en internet. Tuvimos desayuno y cena incluidos. La comida del restaurante estaba bastante bien. La piscina, aunque pequeña, muy bien también. Pudimos probar el spa, un paréntesis de relax en nuestra visita, fabuloso. Con todos los que tratamos del servicio, muy correcto. Habitación muy amplia y cama y almohadas super cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno casco histórico.

La camera era molto pulita, enorme con due letti ad una piazza e mezza uniti. Lo stile è un po’ retró ma non disturba per nulla. La colazione più che accettabile; la posizione perfetta (esattamente alle spalle della strada principale). L’unica difficoltà è stata arrivarci: credo che tra divieti d’accesso ed isole pedonali sia praticamente impossibile arrivarci in auto. Quasi sfiduciati, abbiamo chiesto a gente del luogo che ci hanno detto di rassegnarci e prendere un controsenso per raggiungere l’hotel…. tanto era l’ora della siesta e non ci sarebbe stata polizia in giro….. 🙂

This hotel is very much worth its money. The rooms are spacious and have big beds. Breakfast is good. Service very helpful and professional. The underground parking garage has a big enough elevator to get most cars in but the parking spaces are as most of the times small.
