PUEDE LLEGAR A SER UN GRAN LUJO, FALTA PULIR
El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un Gran Lujo, le falta mano para los detalles. El recepcionista nos acompañó a la habitación, y cuando le pedimos el código wifi, nos dijo que no sabía exactamente si eran mayúsculas, minúsculas, junto o separado... 10 minutos intentando conectarnos.
Las habitaciones deluxe dan a un patio, que está muy bonito, si no fuese por unos maceteros, la mitad secos, descuidado y varios vacios, una pena pues el sitio es precioso.
El desayuno, los curasanes estaban todavía congelados... eso sí, el personal muy amable.
La piscina vacía con 30 grados, el 25 de mayo... una pena.
El edificio es precioso, pero alguien debería de controlar las humedades en el techo de la habitación, zona lavabos, así como los acabados de silicona en la ducha. En general muy bien, pero hay que pulir los detalles, sobre todo si te publicitas como gran lujo y en un edificio tan emblemático. El camino ya está empezado, solo falta pulirlo. MUCHAS GRACIAS

Hotel 5* sin zapatillas en la habitación?
La habitación es muy amplia y decorada con mucho estilo.
Pregunté porque no había zapatillas en la habitación y me dijeron que no les había llegado el pedido desde hace 2 semanas ¿?! Siendo un hotel de 5* y habitaciones +150€/noche deberían tener una solución (y respuesta) mucho mejor.

Unas habitaciones espaciosas y muy bonitas. La decoración en general de lujo. Buen trato.y todo en un enclavecarquitectonico privilrgiafo con una rehabilitación acertada Cierto que puede que le falte algún detalle para 5 estrelkas pero la relación calidad precio es excelente. Solo no recomendaría el restaurante taberna Guadiana, atención y calidad que no tienen nada que ver con el resto del hotel.

El hotel está muy limpio y bien ubicado, pero le falta para ser 5*. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y la Habitación era amplia (aunque me daba pena que no mantuviera el estilismo del edificio histórico) pero la cena en la Taberna fue terrible y el desayuno deja mucho que desear.

Un palacio renacentista reformado y decorado de una manera muy peculiar. Habitaciones enormes y un staff muy amable. Queremos destacar lo bien que nos trató Juan Ramón, el chico de recepción. Alguien con muchas tablas y que se nota que es un profesional en el trato al público. Nos informó detalladamente de todo lo que hacer en Úbeda (visitas, restaurantes, pueblos cercanos...). Igualmente dos o tres cosillas que nos surgieron en la estancia nos las solucionó rápidamente (una de ellas ejerciendo él mismo de personal de mantenimiento)... De diez su comportamiento. Más profesionales así, por favor. Volveremos.
