Good service, but the facility is old. The shower didn't work on the first day, we didn't have a shower. The shower is of poor quality. The air conditioning is weak and old. The room cleaning service is poor. The towels weren't changed. The breakfast was good. I wouldn't go back. I think I could find something better for the price.

A minha experiência foi no café da manhã com a funcionária Raquel. Ela foi muito prestativa e gentil. Pessoas assim ë primordial quando se fala em tratamento ao cliente. O hotel está de parabéns em ter um pessoa assim. Precisamos, no ambiente que vivemos e no corre, corre do dia, pessoas prestativas. Posso dizer que foi desde a recepção como no café pela manhã. O atendimento na recepção é excelente a Carolina e a Naty me atenderam muito bem. A limpeza dos quartos feita pela Ana que é muito caprichosa, muito educada e simpática. O café da manhã é muito bom também. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente

Fui muito bem recepcionado pela Carolina. O convênio com a academia em frente, muito bem equipada e bem frequentada, é genial. O café da manhã é muito variado e bem servido. Apenas o chuveiro poderia ser melhor, com maior fluxo de água. No geral, a hospedagem foi muito boa.

Os banheiros são péssimos e os lençóis também. Os recepcionistas ( Carolina e Alvaro) são simpáticos e atenciosos. No geral foi tudo ok, é limpinho e tem um café da manhã bom. Sentinfalta de serviço de quarto no jantar já que na região não tem restaurante perto pra ir andando.
